Unbelievable customers service and return policy
I contacted Camilla Label via email to request a full refund for an item I purchased. After receiving no response, I had to send a follow-up email. The company then responded by offering to send a replacement dress if I agreed to cover the shipping costs.
I clearly stated that I did not want a replacement item and instead wished to return the original purchase for a full refund. Despite this, the company again offered to send another item, disregarding my request for a refund for a third time.
Throughout this process, Camilla Label made it unnecessarily difficult to return the item and appeared to avoid providing a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the company to others and do not intend to make future purchases from them.
