Excellent and easy booking in system. Continue text communication regarding booking and time of arrival was very reassuring and the work itself was to a very high standard, I certainly would recommend this company to family and friends.

Having been let down by another company I saw Urban Valet recommended in our local facebook group and thought I'd give them a try. The booking system was clear and easy to follow and communication excellent. Ellis came out to my grubby family car and now it looks like it just came out of the showroom, it was like a whole new car! I am very impressed.

I booked my valet on the basis of other reviews, I’m so glad I did. Price wise Urban Valet were similar to other companies but they were available quickly. Customer service throughout was excellent from receipt for payment to reminders of the appointment. Ellis who completed the valet was excellent and conscientious. My car is sparkling, the whole of the interior is spotless. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

WHAT a difference! Was ashamed of how it looked before on the inside, but now it’s hard to believe the difference. I WILL be coming back to Urban Valet!

Was great chatting to Simon before he got on with the car, the attention to detail is where I start to look after my car being cleaned as I see lots of steps missed regardless of whom is cleaning. In this case I can whole heartedly say that Simon has an eye for detail. Great work, hope to see you soon !
