I had a great experience with Upway. They answered all the questions I had before my purchase. The bike arrived quickly. The bike was everything I had hoped for. Perfect condition. I would definitely recommend buying from Upway.

I purchased a Gazelle bike from Upway and it came with a battery cover that couldn't be opened, as well as a disc brake issue and a bunch of tape residue.

According to their website, all of these things should have been fixed in their 50-point inspection. Upway claimed they happened during shipping. *Both* Gazelle and an e-bike shop confirmed that the battery cover issue could *not* have been caused by shipping.

Upway customer service handled this terribly. They paid for it to be fixed, but they recommended shops that wouldn't work on the bike, never admitted the mistake, and didn't reimburse me for my time or hassle.

I have a suspicion that they skimp on their 50-point inspections (mechanic labor is expensive!) and satisfy customers by paying for repairs when issues are discovered. People are paying for a bike that works out of the box and is certified *safe* and *usable*. This was no different than buying from Craigslist. They are fraudulent.

Very Happy with my purchase after a rough start. The handover process in my Levo 4 wasn't done so I had to take it to a bike shop to have the software updated. Upway reimbursed me for the cost and their customer service was exceptional. They assured me their handover process has been updated so this won't happen to anyone else. I got a great price and will do business with Upway again!

Delivered earlier that promised, exactly as advertised. Took a bit longer than 15 min to assemble but that’s on me.

Bottle cage was not installed, and some parts came separate from the bike.

The followup reguarding my problem was amazing, thank you Upway . I continue to recommend you every chance I get!

Great process from beginning to end. It was easy to do my research, and to review bikes as they were offered. Once I found my bike at an attractive price, the purchase and pickup was seamless. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I have loved every second with my bike!

While I did experience initial hiccups with my purchase, working with Upway customer service we were able to get things resolved to my complete satisfaction.

An outstanding product! However, I received no support information when I opened the package. And had to research information online before I could use the e-bike. Nothing in the package directed me too a website or even contains an 800 number to call .That being said, once I had all the necessary information, it has been a wonderful experience to ride this e-bike.

My bike was delivered as promised, in great condition and easy to assemble. Will purchase another for my wife.

The bike was accurately described. The sale and delivery process was simple and straightforward. The bike was securely packed and delivery was timely. Communication throughout was good.

The communications where always prompt and courteous. The bike arrived sooner than the committed date and was exactly as they described. There was a small problem which Upway helped me resolve quickly and completely to my satisfaction. And of course the price was very good for the high quality bike I received. Overall, I’m very happy with the bike I received from UPWAY. The good: UPWAY was very responsive, answering questions quickly when I asked and helping resolve an issue I had with a cross-threaded crank arm. The bike was packaged well and was accurately described. Your responsibility as a buyer is to ensure you know what you are looking for. This means you have to do your homework on the bike you’re looking at. Double check things on the manufacturer’s website regarding sizing and documentation for the bike. If there’s something that doesn’t make sense, ask about it BEFORE you buy the bike. They don’t have deep inventory levels and their bikes are often one-of-a-kind. Think overstock or demos from a LBS or an individual selling a bike they didn’t like/need anymore. So if something isn’t right, it’s not like they can simply ship you another bike. They’ll work with you but unless you’re good at wrenching, you’re probably going to have to take it your LBS and be reimbursed for a repair. Shipping bikes back and forth isn’t practical or cost effective. Would I buy from UPWAY again? Yes I would because they often have unique bikes as nd I’m into that.

The Company contact from Customer service to support was seamless. If you message them, they respond with in hours. They gave me two legitimate quotes to buy my two e bikes from me.

Overall it was an amazing experience. I really have enjoyed the bike so far. This was my very first purchase of an e-bike. I will say that the shipping company got my bike safe to me but setting up delivery was difficult and took several days longer than it should.
