Easy to buy and set up. As advertised. After purchase I did personalize the e-bike to fit me better. Trimmed the handlebars shorter and added an extension to the handlebars stem to sit me up more.... Vis mer

At electrical and shifting issue with…

At electrical and shifting issue with the bike I received. The customer service agent Christopher understood the problems gave me the options of sending the bike back or taking it to local shop. Christopher could not have been more helpful. The issue was was resolved by a simple repair at our local shop and Christopher made sure that I received a refund for the cost of the repair repair. I’m a happy up way customer.

Excellent customer service

The customer service experience was excellent. All of my questions were answered very quickly. The vast array of choices were great. The process to use my HSA and get a letter of medical necessity was smooth.

Great bike, excellent service

The ebike we ordered arrived in excellent condition and everything was exactly how it was described. We saved hundreds of dollars buying a gently used bike rather than a new one, and are very happy with our first experience with Upway!

Great experience both buying and selling!

I had a great experience both buying and selling a bike through Upway. My support rep who helped me along through the process has been incredibly flexible, responsive, and approachable. The bike I bought showed up in even better condition than I expected, and I got a really nice offer on the bike I sold. The bike I bought was packaged well and put together properly, and shipping was extremely fast. The bike I sold was also assessed very quickly and I was paid immediately. Overall it's been an extremely positive experience and I will definitely be looking to buy bikes from, or sell bikes to, Upway in the future.

The bike purchased was/is a little more run down then was led to believe. Minor stuff, but non the less, would have liked to have known.

Exceptionally Good Experience

I had a phenomenal experience with Upway! Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and clear communication were so appreciated. I sold my ebike to them and also purchased a used bike. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Upway!

Unsure?

Hey All. If you're unsure about an e bike, this is the way to go. I'm an older man. I wasn't sure I could ride a bike anymore beyond the neighborhood. YES I CAN!!!! Riding a bike is fun again!!!
The Bike came packaged perfectly. didn't take long to put together. This bike had only 100 miles on it! I plan on that changing

Buy New

The Bike was Dirty, The Transmission Battery went Dead 2nd ride, the sprocket bolts came out first ride, 3rd ride ok, 4th ride tyre blew. this bike has been a Lemon. i wish i bought new. Upway did refund for the cost of the battery and sprocket bolts.
But i have walked the bike back 3 out of 4 rides!!!

My Honest Review

Overall good customer service! They were easy to reach and very responsive. An issue with the bike was handled quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. Shon in Customer Service was especially helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process. I truly appreciate the great support and would gladly do business with them again. On this level. Different opinion in review of product purchased.

This was one of the best companies I've…

This was one of the best companies I've ever done business with. I was able to speak with customer service quickly, regarding price and shipping question, we received the bike in 3 days, in perfect condition with all accessories expected. We thought we were missing a couple of screws, but turns out they were wrapped in some bubble wrap when we looked through packaging more carefully, Our oversight. We have previously purchased 2 ebikes in person but will buy from Upway in the future. The best way is to go to a bike store and try the specific brands or bikes you are interested in so you have a good idea how they ride and feel size wise. All brands sizing seems to be a bit different. Based on height I should be on a medium frame but I much prefer large.

Don’t use SEKO for shipping

Don’t use SEKO for shipping. It took 2 weeks from order to delivery, 5 days past the scheduled date Upway and SEKO initially gave me. Upway charged $250 for shipping, not worth it, especially when other used online bike retailers charge $99. Probably won’t order again from Upway and I’ll warn other teammates on our MTB XC team.

We also use FEDEX and local courier services for transport, which is determined by the location of buyers to that of our UpCenters in New York City and Los Angeles.

The company delivered the bike on time

The company delivered the bike on time. Missing were the usual items that should have been included with a basically new bike.
There were no screws for the front fender. They eventually sent a collection of items which were not what was needed.
The Aventon level 3 ebike is fine and works well.
Some of the Upway employees apparently do not understand how to source lost parts at a common hardware store in this instance
Had previous purchased an Aventon Adventure 3 which had all the included items that come with a new bike.
This most recent bike was shipped from New York. Not sure from where the first bike was shipped.
