I paid over 500 dollars for a couple boxes. They didn't ship it, they didn't respond to my numerous requests for info on the shipment. They straight up style my money. Will be taking legal action.

I previously wrote a review of this company. They decided to "sick an attorney" on me threatening me with legal action because they did not like my review. They started off by saying we are a small family business. Rally? So you have an attorney (supposedly) threaten me, demanding I take down the review.I stated, I ended up with Christmas tree bag, halloween outfits, a toothbrush?? I contacted Trust pilot and forwarded the documentation of legal action over my review. Just so you know, I will NOT take this one down as they agreed my review was fine. The box was not worth what I paid for it and I did not get anything of quality. So UPLIQUIDATION, send your attorney my way. This time. I am not taking it down.

I purchased this box that was originally 199.00. It was marked down 50%. If I had paid 199.0 for this box I would be personally delivering this box of crap back to them. Most of these items were not usable and look like they came from Dollar Tree. For example: a 2026 calendar cheaply made, a plastic tumbler, a cardboard treat holder, a 2025 pet hair remover mitt. Funniest item was a bag of stickers for a beagle owner. We received sunglasses that were cheap plastic. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. My bad.

Do not purchase from them you will receive a box of items that no one wants. Nothing in our box was worth more than $10. We also received 3 dirty pieces of clothing. I don’t know what they’re talking about on their website when they say you can “flip for profit” I’m pretty sure we won’t be able to give this stuff away. They are definitely giving influencers very different boxes than what they are sending out to their regular customers. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

UpLiquidation messed up my order, agreed to refund my money (I had to pay for return shipping). They received my package back 1-12-26 and nothing but crickets. Will not respond to my emails or calls. I’m out my original cost as well $26 shipping! They wouldn’t even respond to their BBB complaint.

I know this is a mystery box. Never know what your going to get. But I honestly watch tons of videos of people opening up this particular box and decided to go for it. I ordered the $99.00 mystery box shipping took a while. I recieved it today. Super excited to open it. Then I thought you are seriously kidding me. 80% of it was little kids toys. Mine kids are grown. Hay bag for your trailer for your horse! I have cats. Dog shoes? What? Some little dollar store things. Very disappointed! They also indicated getting a scratch cars for future box I didn't recieve one. I know its a gamble but definitely not $100.00 dollars worth of stuff. Waist of money!!

Was charged immediately upon order 2/8/26. Got tracking email on 2/12/26 that label was created and would receive by 2/14/26. It is now 3/2/26. Tracking has never updated and they said 2 weeks ago it's on the way, that the tractor trailer doesn't scan until they offload. Now they refuse to answer numerous emails. Total scam. Started a charge back with credit card since they won't refund, reship or respond. **Edit to add: Funny how posting this got me 2 emails in response!!! One that said I was refunded (lie), that I was told it was lost (lie) and one from 'legal counsel' threatening legal action for posting facts (LOL!!).

Avoid this company. The boxes you see opened by people on line are carefully curated for them and include nice items. Mine today (that I bought for myself as a birthday present) has 15 items... 4 pairs of socks, a 2026 paper calendar, a box of latex gloves, 2 pieces of clothing (3XL), paper Christmas poster, plastic drain plug, plastic gaudy nails, a nail stamping card a cutting board and a small stuffed animal. All total value maybe $25....and they can see that when they pack the box. The stuff isn't wrapped. Worst birthday gift ever and it's all going to Goodwill. Scam.

Just received a $99 cube of very low value items. What doesn’t go directly into the trash will be donated tomorrow. One pair of child size school uniform socks…really? Bunion remover? Two cheap folding Chinese fans? What a disappointment. I won’t be ordering again. This is my personal opinion based on the box I received.

First box ordered was the ecom liquidation box for $275. Most of the items were decent and I was able to at least make my money back. There were, however, a few items in the box which were unsellable. The second box I ordered was a mystery cube for $99. This box was absolute garbage. I mostly received items that could have been purchased from Temu. The worst of it was a couch throw that shedded everywhere, a pack of headbands, a paper calendar for the year we are already in, cheap fake eyelashes, cheap Christmas press on nails, a plastic pool hook. I can’t resell even half of these items. I’m seriously questioning purchasing from this company again. Order #1776

Bought $100 mystery box that was supposed to come with electronics and instead got like $20 worth of china products like glue on $2 nails and Christmas beanies… OH and a nursery book that was WRITTEN in with a custom note to clementine in 2022 by grandma

It was fun for what it is! We got the $99 box, got some electronics, jewelry, decor. Nice mix and fun to unbox!

Ordered 3 boxes total, one health and beauty, one XL premium edition and one apparel mystery box. Have yet to receive a "box" of items. What I have received are single items from China/Hong Kong. Probably 10 items so far. The boxes were each supposed to have anywhere from 30-40 items each Did some research and am finding that the items they have sent me come from AliExpress. I would steer clear of this company. I feel that reviews are "fake" on their facebook page. Although they keep in contact and try to explain their way out of things, they are a total scam.

I ordered a mystery box when it was on sale, and was pleased with my purchase. Compared to a different company I have purchased from before, this was a major upgrade. My box definitely contained quite the variety of items; I’ll have to get creative on how to use them 🤣
My scratch off ticket also scored me another free box!
Customer service is excellent! They are very responsive and get back to you in a timely manner.

Bought 99.00 cube. Box came in a little over a week. Unwrapping was fun. Although I didn’t receive anything of amazing value, the products were worth double what I paid for the box. They were also things I can either resell or use as gifts in the future. So for me it was a win. The best was my scratch off gave me 25% off my next box!! Always another chance for that big item! Will be ordering next month! Thanks UP

Disappointed. There was nothing worth keeping, or gifting. Some went in the trash, some was donated… and honestly only a few things were worth donating.

EDIT: The company did reach out after this review. They gave me a spheele, and offered a refund/return (reminding me against their policy) despite my review stating I had already donated or trashed the items. When I reminded them that I no longer have the items, they offered to send a couple more items to make up for the “paper items”. I agreed to that, however have not received anything to this day; unfortunately as I expected.

Well I have ordered 3 boxes so far from up liquidation. I got one today and was pleased with what I got. My other 2 are on the way and I’m thinking they will be good too. The company has great customer service and is very friendly and interacts with their customers in a fun way. I would highly recommend them just for that alone. They ship fast, they send you notifications for each box sent with tracking, not all companies like this do that. I think the boxes are valued way over what you pay for them. It’s a lot of fun to open them and see what you’ll get. Definitely a great company to buy from.

I ordered the Ecom Box XL Premium mystery box ($499) and was very disappointed in my choice to go with the XL vs the regular Ecom box ($275). This came in two separate boxes - the Ecom box with the 40-50 items and the "XL" box with the 5-7 "big" items. They came a day apart from each other. I did reach out via email when the first box came and their response was pretty thorough and very quick and this is why I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because customer service is something that's pretty rare today in my opinion.

I did try to do my due diligence in watching all the unboxing videos on their website and also those posted independently by previous customers. I also read many of the reviews before making my purchase. These did not prepare me for the giant let down that was the 2nd, "XL," portion of the "Premium" box.

I wanted to purchase the box more for the experience than to resell because we don't do that on a regular basis; however, it was a plus that we could make up for some of the cost of the box with selling items we didn't/couldn't use so I will say that fact did influence our decision into "upgrading."

The Ecom ($275) box was full of mostly random, silly or weird things but there were definitely some really good/useful items that we could keep/give away or even resell. There were also a few that looked to be already opened/used, so not something I would be comfortable using myself or giving to someone else and those went straight into the garbage. Overall, though, it was a mostly fun experience with a lot of laughter with my family so I would say the cost was worth it to me. I will say that I don't think there were enough high quality items that could be re-sold or used to cover the cost of the box if that is your goal of your purchase.

The "XL" box is definitely NOT worth the additional $225. There is no way I could resell those items to cover the additional cost and our box certainly did not contain a single "WOW" item. The box is described as containing "appliances, cookware, tools, electronics, & more" - plus a "mystery power item." Our "power" item was a candle warmer. The rest of our box was one made up of purely the "and more." There was a blanket, an item used to assist a physically disable person in/out of bed, a set of curtain panels, a 3-piece set of generic art, and under the sink storage set, and a Mandalorian themed dog bowl (which is worth $13-$15 - both the item itself and the price is neither large or XL). Only two of these items are really function based regardless of preference (the storage set and physical assistance item) rather than items that are more influenced by preference rather than function (like the art, curtains, themed bowl, and blanket) so I'm assuming the majority of the box would be harder to resell. When we added it up, the only way we could cover/justify the additional cost of the XL box would be to sell at their actual retail (not resell) values so the claim of "higher profit potential" leans heavily on the word "potential" in my opinion/experience. There was actually an item in our regular Ecom box that was worth more than 6 of the 7 items in the XL box.

I think I would buy the regular $275 Ecom box again if we had a extra/throw away money and wanted that experience but definitely NOT the XL/Premium box. I get that it was my choice to purchase what I purchased and that I wasn't guaranteed anything beyond what was advertised - I really do and my lesson is certainly learned. We just felt duped even though you could say that most of our XL box was technically fulfilled within the advertised wording of item descriptions ("and more").
