Ordered a Beauty Box. Rather disappointed. Purple mascara and a few very Dark make up products! Who wants really dark brown tints And eye shadows. There was even red glittery colours in the palette. If I used them I’d look like some kind of coco the clown with a tan!!!

Item never received and I’ve contacted them but haven’t heard anything back

Bought some Pecksniff candles. Even ordered more once my first order came. Beautiful scents, fab price and quick delivery. Defo recommend.

I have found numerous opportunities to buy household and art equipment at very discounted prices through the liquidation store. I'm a true believer that new products do not go into landfill and the liquidation store eliminates this from happening.

Sadly I had high hope for these and was deeply disappointed with the contents. It stated over £100 worth of items and I'm struggling to understand how. I have 2 more boxes to be delivered and at present it's been a complete waste of money

Why testosterone tablets, this box was definately not worth the money

Update - received the other 2 boxes today and probably more disappointed in these ones than the 1st. Absolute tat sorry to say pretty the same in each box even though I ordered different ones
Complete waste of money

Whilst this is all clearly new stuff, I'm very disappointed with what I've received in my mystery box. I won't have any use for the vast majority of it and I'd also struggle to give it away.

I had to chuckle a bit at receiving a bottle of 'testosterone booster' tablets, what with me being a 50 year old woman with high blood pressure! I mean, come on, really?!?!

I'll use the Jelly Belly car air freshener but that's about it. But they only cost about £2...

I made an expensive mistake here, complete waste of my money. The contents will either go in the bin or to the charity shop.

Edit: I'm now thinking I might've been a bit harsh. I'm just a bit disappointed that the stuff I received isn't at all useful to me. I do stand by my point though that sending out testosterone booster tablets to a female customer is very questionable as I wouldn't even want to gift them to a male friend or relative for fear of causing offence!

I ordered a beauty box. It came really quickly and my daughter and myself have basically shared the contents. Fantastic skin care products and on trend makeup items. We will be ordering again.

My order was never received. It was delivered to the wrong address by royal mail and the receiver claimed they did not receive it. I contacted liquidation customer service and nothing was done. I wish I never order any item from the liquidated online store. Money lost and item never received. Very disappointed

Excellent products at amazing prices, I've ordered ESPA items twice and am very happy with them.Fast delivery and friendly service

Delivery was fast and products well packaged. I bought the home mystery box for £30. There wasn’t anything in the box I wanted and no known brand names. I want to be clear, this is not the fault of the company and part of the random luck you are signing up for. They say it’s £100 worth of goods, it didn’t feel that way. It felt box of products from B&M style items even they couldn’t sell. I bought because I’ve always been curious but was disappointed. A couple of items I still don’t know what they are and what they are used for as they are completely foreign with no translated text or very niche that are nothing culturally relevant to the vast majority e.g. Hookah coal heater.

Brought 3 boxes in total ..
1 amazon box which was brilliant and worth the money. So ordered the other 2 boxes below ...
1 make up box and again it was brilliant and worth the money.
1 house hold box which was disappointing and not worth the money , was fall of useless cheap stuff. Would not recommend sadly.

Had 4 orders from this company the items are as described and good value. There was a mix up on 2 of my orders so deducted a star, but after emails exchanges the mistake was rectified. I bought ESPA stuff and Christopher Robin stuff plus multi vitamins

My second beauty box and very impressed. Its a treat. Ive had the dog box as well before and full of goodies. Postage is quick.

I ordered 3 boxes, this month because my son got one last November, so my order of 3 different boxes was in the save size box as my sons, his was full to the brim in November , that was 1 box! Mine was the same size box for 3 , and there was more boxes inside the box! Took up so much room, I paid £87 for 3 boxes got less in than my son did for 1 he paid £34.99! And one of my boxes was supposed to be the sane as his! The dream for the baby one out of date! I paid by pay pal ! And put in a complaint. You see the videos of an example of what a customer gets full box! Well my 3 boxes were same amount as 1 got 3 months ago! But £50 more expensive! And out of date product! It seems a lot of bad reviews for Match ones!

I bought two amazon boxes and have to say the contents were alright for the price. some items like pens, tooth picks etc were on the cheaper side of course but that is to be expected, i will gift a lot of what was inside but over all , id buy another mix box . give it a go if you have some money pare.

I would be hard pushed to believe I received £100 worth of goods. After totting the goods up I barely got my money's worth and then not really household goods apart from 3 items out of 14 more beauty and what I can only call tat

After previously buying a dog box, which was excellent, I tried the household box. This was extremely disappointing. There were many, many loose pens and face masks and a few other cheap items. Also a shower gel with no lid, so several things were covered in that. The one useful item was a cover for my outdoor furniture, the reason I did not return the parcel. A shame as the dog box to be fair was amazing. HOWEVER ...
Kris has read my review and has rectified things, due to the shower gel issue. Thank you for responding and sending replacements (which are quite fun items). I haven't given 5 stars, because of the initial problem. But, your customer service from what I've seen is 5 star. I would now order again, although if you read this I have enough pens, lol.

Quick delivery and a good mystery box for dog owners. A bit too much grooming related products for me so I wouldn’t order again. Great items though if you use them.
