I've used Untied for three years and it's a fantastic app, really easy to use and constantly being improved. I've had fantastic support from the development team and it made submitting my taxes an absolute breeze. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I filed my tax return on 7th April! The app worked brilliantly for me. I have a situation where I have self-employed, final salary and state pension so not straight forward.
When I needed help with connecting my bank accounts I received very prompt and constructive support.

Very easy to use. First time not using an accountant which saved a lot of time and money. Highly recommend. In addition if I needed support there is help available which was very reassuring. However, it was so simple to use I did not have any issues. I have a pension, self employed income and a rental property. In the past this was very daunting to manage. Not any more!

I have used the app to submit my tax return. It was really easy and good value for money.
One of the tax return pages was not available, so I needed some support from the helpdesk and they immediately helped me out to submit the missing page manually for me - reply within a day and issue solved immediately. Approach was personal and super friendly.

From stressed novice to self assessment bliss in one day. Would recommend to anyone that has no idea what they're doing!

I have used Untied app to file my self-assessment for 2019/20 tax year. As the government website does not support non-UK domiciled returns (SA109), I had to look for an alternative solution.

From what I found online Untied had the most competitive pricing, their web UI was very easy to use (they have also got a mobile version), and last but not least, what I have been satisfied with the most is their customer service – Marcus and Kevin would reply to my emails within an hour, which made the whole process almost effortless.

As I understand it is also possible to get an annual subscription to keep your profile up to date throughout the year and calculate the tax in the end, but for my personal non-business filing going with a monthly one for a month was more than enough.

It’s made life a lot easier - I started using Untied at the beginning of the current tax year - determined to find an easier system than the spreadsheet I was using to record every transaction (which I’d then have to pick apart at the end of the tax year ).
It’s linked to my business bank account, so every time I buy stock etc it’s automatically recorded. It takes me seconds to manually record a transaction if needed. It also records mileage automatically and it’s easy to go through and approve the transactions.
I haven’t submitted a return yet but if it’s as easy as using the app I will be saving masses of time and £££ in accountants’ fees.
Support has been good too - really quick when I’ve needed help, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Untied.

Definitely worth it. Saves me a lot of time and money. So glad I discovered this app.

This app has made my admin life sooo much easier. Not only has it saved me money on my accountant fees, but it's also kept track of what my tax bill is likely to be come January. I've recently started using the mileage tracker which has also been a god send, especially when sorting through work and private personal journeys. I can't rate this app highly enough. I hope they do an invoice feature soon, which would make this app even more useful and vital to me as a sole trader.
