Fantastic job
Jamie and Matt did an excellent job replacing old insulation and put more boarding down. They also installed a ladder and Jamie Potter sorted out the hatch to make it a drop down one.
They were all very professional and really friendly.
Everything was left tidy so had no cleaning up to do after, which is a bonus.
Freya in customer services was really lovely and friendly.
Would highly recommend.

Great office, questionable installation team.
We were very impressed with the chap who came out to give us our quote and the people in the office seemed very helpful. We were pleased with how they were able to explain the product and get us some support with the cost.
However the two guys (Rob and Robby) who came out to install the insulation were not great. One immediately asked me if we had been told that the job would take a day, and I said yes. He then told me that that was wrong it would take longer and I'd be lucky if it was done today. This was all before even looking in the loft.
He then insisted that the blown fiberglass insulation was not dangerous, as we had been told, and did not need to be removed when Ashley had said it did. As such we then had to have someone else come out the next day to finish the job, who was extremely helpful.
Once they started work the same guy walked into rooms where I had shut the door repeatedly without knocking. In the end they then finished and left before 4pm and I was left feeling that I couldn't trust what they had said or done as they had clearly told untruths about how long it would take. It seemed clear that if they had actually gotten on with it the whole project could have been done in a day and I would not have been left feeling worried if the job had been done properly.

We're sorry, however, that aspects of the installation process left you feeling concerned. We always expect our installers to communicate professionally and respectfully within our customers' homes, and we will take your comments on board.
With regard to the existing blown insulation, once we reviewed the situation further, we felt it was important to send a specialist back to ensure the insulation depth was appropriate and would not create any issues in the future. Our priority has always been to complete the work to the correct standard rather than simply taking the quickest approach.

Things didn’t go well from the start
Things didn’t go well from the start, the site was cleared day one but they didn’t fit any boards or hatch as per agreement they said they didn’t have enough boards to complete the job next person came to fit hatch but put wrong kind in the type that you couldn’t open without climbing up on a ladder to access it the ladder he fitted was in the loft space ,also the hatch was opening the wrong way,to access the loft you had to climb up over the stairs with about a 15 foot drop.3rd attempt taken ladder out and rearrange opening of hatch replaced it with proper type laying more boards, unfortunately trapping electric cables caused a power supply failure over weekend had to take up some boards and remove fibre which never been replaced. So all in not satisfied with job.
Can’t be any more honest.

Following concerns raised during the installation, we returned to the property on multiple occasions to address the issues and make further adjustments requested by yourselves. This included altering the loft ladder arrangement after concerns were raised, despite our understanding that the original orientation had been agreed during the installation.
Throughout the process, our aim was to resolve any concerns raised and ensure a satisfactory outcome. We are disappointed that, despite these efforts and repeat visits to the property, you have been left with a negative impression of the experience.
We take all customer feedback seriously and continuously review our processes to improve the service we provide.

Excellent service from start to finish. Survey was comprehensive, options discussed and agreed. No high pressure sales. Arrangements to remove old insulation and install new confirmed quickly. Dates held and communication up to work being completed very efficient. Removal and reinstallation of insulation fantastic - teams arrived when they said , very clean and tidy. Follow up call appreciated too . Recommend strongly. Great company with lovely staff in all areas of the business.

Renewal of loft insulation
Lloyd and Oscar were great and did a good job. They cleaned up each day and were respectful of our home. The roof space has been transformed from a mess of several different layers of insulation with large gaps particularly near the eaves to a uniform sea of up to date insulation. I look forward to being cool In the summer and warmer in the winter.

Very pleasant and efficient installation staff, plus helpful backup from HQ. Their jobs were made more difficult by the poor standard of the initial inspection analysis undertaken by the company's "surveyor".
