Everyone was very professional from…
Everyone was very professional from coming out to quote, the fitting of insulation and boarding in the loft to sending a service man out to check as hot water had gone off ( nothing to do with UK Energy- user error 😔) so grateful for their help. Very pleased indeed from start to finish.

After a few issues was dealt with very quickly did not take deposit or any monies up front waited until we were satisfied and also discount ed agreed price as they had to attend later to sort a small problem the two installers Billy & Sean completed to a high standard and Freya was very helpful on the phone would deffo recommend this company *****

Excellent job and respectful staff
The surveyor Clifton was very knowledgeable and spent time checking our loft space before recommending what was needed
Prior to starting work the installation guys checked all rooms to ensure the lights were working and ceilings were in good order. They then covered all the carpets right through to outside access
Completely emptied our loft and disposed of anything we did not want to keep Removed all the old insulation spray treated the loft timbers and installed new loft insulation
Fitted boarding in loft on risers and replaced all items we were keeping back in the loft. They then cleared up and hoovered all used areas
The guys were very friendly respectful and extremely tidy
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Very efficient Team, Rob and Robby. Work done at a decent pace. I was kept advised of progress and any variation to plan. Property protection was put in place and clean up afterwards was very good.

So from cold to to heatwave in comfort
So, having had a new boiler installed, I then opted to ask for survey of my loft & the feedback support what the survey said, that my insulation was holy inadequate. From inspection to quote and then installation the service was very quick. Lee & Callum were here on time as requested & from start to finish had everything done in two hours. It was a bit noisier than I had expected but I should have anticipated that and planned to work in another room. All in all, great service thank you.

Thermal loft insulation and boarding . Company officials and fitting team were very courteous and professional, installation carried out over 4 days and always cleaned up afterwards . The team of Lloyd and Oscar were excellent during the installation and explained stage by stage what was being done .

Teamwork + good Customer Service = an A+ Result
This was a great experience of how ability and excellent customer service go together to create a job well done. Both Lloyd and Oscar obviously had the skills required to carry out the work but the combination of their ability, teamwork and pleasant attitude resulted in our satisfaction at having commissioned UK Energy Saving Network to carry out the loft insulation task for us. The guys were extremely considerate with regard to ensuring that all was left in a good state on completion of the work.

Loft installation
Prompt visit by the surveyor, good contact with the office, telephoned back in quick time. Clear with their messages on time and contact names of installers. The three installers were friendly, polite and cleared up when finished. In all a very satisfactory installation of good loft insulation products and would recommend them.

Whole experience was fantastic
Whole experience was fantastic. No aggressive sales, and the customer service were polite on the phone. The surveyor was very knowledgable and helpful in discussing what our options are for our loft. The fitters, Callum and Lee, did a fantastic job of clearing out the old insulation, boarding the loft and keeping the place clean.
