Poor quality and customer service.
My initial order arrived late. I tried to follow up with customer service but gave up waiting for a response on chat or phone. After occasional use and 3 months the carpenter trousers have disintegrated at multiple points from approved washing and light general wear. There are long waiting times at peak times for customer service (hours) and apparently this level of quality is to be expected at £140 for a pair of trousers (I sent pictures and they said this was from "normal wear and tear").

SHOCKING AFTER SALES TREATMENT. I bought two winter jackets ( one sleeveless and one sleeved ) from Hilfiger in the shop concession at John Lewis Southampton. A few months later the pocket zip failed. My wife took it back to them ( 20 mile journey each way ) and she encountered rudeness, resistance and unprofessionalism. They point blank refused to acknowledge there was a fault and refused to do anything about it. Just horrible staff. Fortunately I took the jacket to John Lewis customer services and they saw the fault, apologies for our terrible experience and fully refunded the purchase cost. SHAME ON YOU HILFIGER

A ma grande surprise, lors de la réception, je ne reçoit que des bas de survêtements ! En appelant le service client par téléphone, on m'explique tranquillement que ce sont des "joggers" qui sont vendus, donc uniquement des bas !

Disappointing answer live chat online shop
Team in shop shows an item online at 50% discount and suggests to buy it from the shop online because the item wasn´t available at the store (where it also was on 50% discount) in the needed size. 2 hours later, try to buy it online, the discount is way less than 50%. Contact with live chat + send pictures of the online 50% discount on the item from 2 hours before. Live chat gives a very non-client oriented answer. Very disappointing. But, seeing all the comments on the low quality of the online shop, might be a chance I couldn´t purchase the item.
I have to add that the team in the shop (Maastricht) did a great job and was very nice.

So Disappointing, Ordered an item and it seems to be stuck in the Netherlands. Thought that Tommy Hilfiger customer service would be good, as they are such a large company- it was terrible. Rude agents on the live chat, no help at all. Really regret not checking reviews before ordering. Never again. Avoid.

Thieves - They had kept my faulty jacket that was returned and will not give me my cash back. I don’t understand why this company is allowed to continue trading.
Used a gift card to purchase trainers
Used a gift card to purchase trainers, bought 2 sizes of the same trainers spent £140 cash on top of the gift card value, was expecting £120 cash back and they refunded part cash part gift card, absolute nonsense, watch out and their customer service staff talk over you when your speaking rude!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from Tommy Hilfiger UK.
I returned trainers and socks (paid with a gift card). The warehouse confirmed receipt, yet my gift card has still not been re-credited. I have now called seven times over the past 10 days and keep being told my case is “escalated.” Nothing is resolved.
What is even more frustrating is that I have been repeatedly asked to “keep calling back” for updates instead of being proactively contacted. The burden has been entirely placed on me as the customer.
I purchased the items during the sales specifically to reorder a smaller size. Due to this unreasonable delay, the sale period will likely end and prices will return to normal — meaning I will lose the opportunity to repurchase the same item at the price I originally paid.
I was also told there is a “system problem” preventing emails from being sent. For a global brand, this explanation lasting over a week is simply not credible.
No follow-up, no accountability, no urgency. My money is blocked, and I am left chasing a resolution.
Extremely disappointing experience.
Systems that cannot handle addresses that are more than 20 characters long
Ordered a pair of boots. Complete address provided at order stage. Received order confirmation with said complete address. Got a shipment dispatch email pretty soon after placing my order. Got a Royal Mail email telling me that they will deliver the item today, only to get a surprise email alerting me that Royal Mail cannot deliver the item because the address is incomplete!! Reached out to Tommy Hilfiger to be told that the address is too long and that I need to abbreviate it for my next order. Disclaimer: as far as addresses go the character length of my address is really not that long.
The customer service representative dealing with the case was absolutely unbothered and not in the slightest bit helpful. I’ve been at this address for some years now and have previously ordered from Tommy Hilfiger and this is the first ever instance that I’m told that my address is too long for a correct shipping label to be printed. My mind is blown.

If I could give no stars I would. No customer service what so ever, no matter what method of contact you choose. Wanted to return an item but no return label in box and the website would not allow me to create one so only alternative is customer service, which does not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Poor delivery deadlines and slow refunds
I purchased an online order via the store. It took two weeks to arrive. The goods were unsuitable so I returned these to the store 01 February 2026 who processed the refund. It is now 17 Feb 26 and still no funds returned to my bank. I tried contacting their customer services team through email , telephone calls and chat. Each one unsuccessful due to phone lines not operational or email bouncing back or chat line not responding to my requests. This is very frustrating. I eventually contacted the store direct who apologised and advised that they have raised a ticket and would try contacting them. Nothing as yet. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. It’s a shame they cannot meet the same standard as the Southampton store.
Delviery and Refund
If you’re based in the UK the items will be shipped from the Netherlands and you would not be informed in advance. Their logistics cause high delays. Also, it’s not easy to cancel orders from the them and their refund process take a while.
Complete Service Failure – Lost Package, Ignored Replies, Cases Closed Without Resolution
Tommy Hilfiger lost my package. What followed was one of the most dysfunctional and irresponsible customer service experiences I have ever had.
After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, customer service finally contacted me. I replied immediately.
A week later, I was told my response had “not been received” and that my case would be closed if I did not respond within 48 hours.
I responded again, immediately, and even attached the original email as proof.
Despite this, my case was closed anyway.
Let me be very clear:
This is not a customer issue. This is an internal failure — either your system does not work, or your customer service team is closing cases to avoid resolving them.
Your company lost the package. Yet I was forced to:
Recontact support multiple times
Wait weeks for responses
Provide evidence of my own replies
Watch my case be closed repeatedly without any resolution
This behavior shows zero accountability and complete disregard for customers’ time.
For a so-called global premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable and frankly disgraceful. If this is how Tommy Hilfiger handles lost packages, customers should think twice before ordering online.
At this point, I am demanding:
An explanation for why my timely responses were repeatedly ignored or falsely marked as “not received”
Immediate reopening of my case
A final resolution for my lost package (refund or replacement)
I am posting this publicly because private customer service has failed entirely. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate through consumer protection authorities and all available formal channels.
This situation could have been resolved easily. Instead, it has become a textbook example of how not to treat customers.
Did not receive my orders and my money not refunded
Omg. I should have come to read reviews before placing my order it has been 2 weeks now of placing the order got a tracking number that is not working. Send an email twice and no reply, did the live chat and no reply. So how do I get my money back since what order for was not delivered
Returns
No returns label in box and can't generate a new one despite following instructions on their website. Tried multiple ways of contacting customer service over the last number of weeks - may as well be non-existent. Have since been informed by them that for Northern Ireland, the current return method is 'On-Call Pickup' from UPS so it is up to UPS to provide and deliver the returns documentation, which is nonsense because I have yet to receive anything and doubt I ever will. Tommy have now washed their hands of it and it is somehow now UPS' problem. Do not order from here!

I wish I had read here before placing an order earlier this year. All the earlier reports and reviews are accurate and what I have also experienced. Not sure why I thought Tommy Hilfiger was a 'respected' brand. Terrible. I'll stick with more local retailers going forward.

Terrible quality and non existent customer service!
I contacted customer service to report suspected counterfeit items and poor product quality. I provided detailed descriptions, clear photos, and direct links to specific products being sold and fulfilled by Amazon, expecting a proper investigation or at least a meaningful response. Instead, after waiting a full week, I received a generic copy-and-paste email pointing me to publicly available resources, completely ignoring every issue I raised and all evidence provided.
This approach is unacceptable. It shows a total lack of interest in product integrity, customer concerns, and brand responsibility. Rather than engaging with the matter or acknowledging the quality problems that are clearly present on the market, the company chose to hide behind template responses about general awareness of counterfeits, without addressing the specific case at all.
I have previously spent over £300 per year on this brand. That will never happen again. I will not spend a single penny with this company in the future, and neither will my family. This level of disregard is frankly disgusting and has permanently destroyed any trust I had in the brand.
I am really shocked
This is my first time reading their reviews, and I am really shocked beacuse I have the same experience. Tommy Hilfiger customer service is non existing??!! I am trying for weeks now to get return lable. I didn’t get one with box. I tried several times to download it through webshop but is always shows error and it says to contact customer service. I have sent few requests to customer service but I got no confirmation that they get those requests, let alone the response. I tried with Live Chat, but Live Chat never connects me to Live Agent. So no response there. Tried to call phone number but nobody is picking up. And it is not free line, you have to pay for international calls!! What can I do? My return window is getting smaller and smaller.
