The booking process was easy. I was fully informed at each stage of the process via emails. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
The consultation with the agent after was very polite, precise and helpful in answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

Excelente experience
The consultation before and after the scan was informative and helpful and definitely worth paying a little extra. The cost of the scan was competitive and the scan centre was nearby. I would definitely recommend them as it was easy to book as well as peace of mind.

Friendly service during scan
Friendly service during scan. Not happy with lack of next steps. Need a referral for a knee specialist, but apparently "not serious enough".. according to the email I received.

Disgraceful - preying on the vulnerable
Booked for a breast ultrasound after being advised by GP there were two lumps and don't want to wait for NHS as extremely worried. Paid £365 and then received a call saying it cannot be done as it is for breast augmentation only. No refund. Disgraceful. Scam company.

The whole Process was great -But the…
The whole Process was great -But the time it takes to send a copy to say a hospital or your Doctor is woeful, considering the scan is digital. 2 to 7 days in this day and age is way beyond reasonable.

Still havent received my report or…
Still havent received my report or images that i paid £500 for, want this resolved as soon as possible for my physio to help me going forward.

Booked a convenient time online
Booked a convenient time online, was told after the first phone call I would be contacted to confirm within two days nothing , I called again and was told I would be contacted via phone nothing again, it’s 3:40 the day before my so called booking at 10am the next day,
Tried calling helpline again which states open til five .. no one available.
I can’t believe this service absolutely disgusted

We can see your referral has been sent to your chosen scanning site. The site is aware of your requested time and date and will do their best to accommodate this. However, when this is not possible, you will be contacted by the site directly to be offered the next available appointment. We've already contacted the site to request that you be contacted as soon as possible regarding availability.

I was told I would receive results…
I was told I would receive results within 1 working day of my appointment and had to call up multiple times to confirm this due to scheduling my physio follow up appointment for the following day. After having it confirmed multiple times that I would receive my results within a couple of hours this was not the case and therefore had to cancel following appointments.
