To much hassle/ Small
Couldn’t gain access to the property, no one answered the reception buzzer, and to call and then you can only communicate with them through Watsapp . After a long day and difficulty in finding the place as it’s just a small door. In the room you have to watch the TV sitting on the top bunk , climbing up and down at night is not convenient when you are of a certainty age at Night.

Great all round service and price
Great all round service and price. However the Greek Tourist/room tax was stated at 2euros per night. It was in fact 10 euros per night.
I will have to take this into account when making further bookings.
Following your reply, I am not concerned about the price, just that your paperwork is misleading !

Wouldn't describe it as 'great'.
I wouldn't describe it as 'great', but the establishment turned out to be fairly close to what I had imagined.
The positives were, an excellent setting and rather handsome building, along with the close proximity to Newlands Corner, with its very special view of the North and South Downs.
The hotel itself was generally quite clean and my room had a suitably private air to it. I'd been looking forward to a good nights sleep but, unfortunately, the next-door neighbours had other ideas about quiet nocturns and decided to chat on their balcony (post midnight) which was adjacent to my open window!
However, all-in-all, my experience was ok and one can't expect a 100% privacy in any hotel.

Good hotel tip top staff we been staying since it opened .
But this time we encountered a problem
No remote control to the TV. . So couldnnt watch any news or use the radio. Staff Couldn't help
Also no tissues in Holder.
And only 2 tea bags.

I sometimes found it exasperating when I typed in the start date, and when I typed in the checkout date, the system then used that as the start date. \you should have separate start and checkout boxes.
