Beautiful but noisy room
Beautiful room, lovely staff.
Only issue was the noise from the Friday night revellers on the street outside the hotel into the wee small hours; the old sash windows can’t keep the noise out, we were woken up a couple of times during the night and found it difficult to get back to sleep.

I paid for breakfast on your booking form but the hotel did not recognize the breakfast inclusion and payment. I had to pay again for breakfast. 18 euros was paid. I expect a reimbursement from your company of 18 euros.
