Never Again - update.
Since my last review I have had 5 emails telling me that they will solve the issue I have with green fur for a dog DP. This is what they suggest, I quote: "you may proceed with completing the painting first. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will arrange a replacement for you. No incorrect diamonds were sent and the numbers match the corresponding colors."I make DP as a hobby. This one is 50cm x40cm and very intricate. I work on them when I have leisure time, so this will take some months to complete. The colours of the drills will not change from green to grey with time. I did do part of the face, but it did not look right-don't know of any dogs with green fur! All they need to do is replace the green drills meant for the dog's fur with grey ones. I emailed them, but didn't get a reply, again. Not surprised.

My 1st time dealing with this company…
My 1st time dealing with this company which didn't get off to a good start as my order was delayed due to a technical issue. I wondered whether I was doing the right thing continuing with the order but was kept in touch regularly by Kathryn a customer service assistant, who reassured me things would be resolved as quickly as possible. It was good to have this personal contact and true to her word my order arrived.
I would certainly use this company again and be confident in their service.

Excellent quality and customer service
This was ordered for a Christmas present and it arrived well in time. There was a slight problem with the canvas but Katherine sorted it out immediately, a new one was despatched within a day and a complete replacement kit arrived soon afterwards. We've had a lot of personalised diamond art kits from different suppliers but I can honesty say that the ones we've had from Figured'Art are by far the best in terms of quality of materials, photograph detail and, best of all - customer service.

Do not order from this place
Do not order from this place, absolutely dreadful, ordered 4th of December it said 48hour delivery in the uk, I thought cause it’s Christmas obviously will take a bit longer…. Fast forward to 22nd December I email them they email me back on 24th saying sorry it was damaged we had to send it back, do you need us to send another one? So they wasn’t gonna say anything until I emailed them it’s now 15th jan and they have emailed me saying they are going to send a refund…. Just avoid this website there are better ones out there that actually work professionally

Took 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Wasn't expecting it to take this long with it being "UK". Emailed to cancel and they said I can return. When asked for return address, it's china and will cost nearly the cost of the item itself ....

I had used other company before but with this one they get back to you straight away nice little tool bag nice little pot of glue .

Fantastic collection of paint by numbers kits - truly something for everyone.
One of my kits came with an incorrect colour, Jamie went above and beyond to rectify this for me. They kept in regular contact through the shipping process and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I’m so impressed with the choice of prints and have absolutely loved the paint by numbers I’ve purchased from them.

Lovely art and good service
I’ve bought a couple of paintings from FiguredArt and the quality is great. I really enjoy making the kits. Customer service is also brilliant. I had been sent the wrong set of paints with an order and the response to my problem was quick and I received a replacement kit with the correct colours within a fortnight free of charge.
