Easy to set up but one improvement needed
Speedy delivery. Very easy to set up.
Only thing that would make the system better would be to allow an 'entry countdown' noise to tell people the alarm needs switching off. This can only be done today through the homebase - which I want to keep hidden from any potential intruder. I would rather direct this audible countdown to an internal separate siren.

The vacuum is amazing and surpassed our expectations. Vacuums very well and mops very well. Can set it to deep clean too which helps a lot. No issues with it at all. Makes my life so much easier with mobility/ low energy.

Solar camera stopped working after 16…
Solar camera stopped working after 16 months. Eufy not interested in helping or replacing, just offer a discount if I buy a replacement. (which is no different to most special offers)

Doorbell chime issue
I had a problem with doorbell chime and when I reported it I received a very fast response from the Eufy team.

Would not recommend
The eufy app is dreadful and user unfriendly. The machine itself keeps getting itself stuck even though it’s supposed to have mapped the area. Still goes off piste. More hard work keep rescuing it than to mow the lawn myself!
We are now having to think about buying barriers to put round the garden which we were trying to avoid by buying the eufy. All in all very frustrating when you spend so much money and certainly wouldn’t recommend

I bought an additional bell to supplement my eufy doorbell. I thought it was very reasonably priced, ordering via the eufy app., easy and it arrived very quickly.
