Really happy with our video doorbell. The quality of the camera is exceptional and it was easy to set up and use via the App.

Wanted something that didn't have monthly subscriptions and this is exactly what we wanted.

Easy installation. Picture quality is good. Time will tell if the solar panels are good enough to keep the battery charged.
Observations
1. The Base Unit 16GB seems mean for the price.
2. A programmable snooze would be good

The whole purchasing process was straightforward and easy and delivery was as stated.
I purchased the 3 camera S3 pro with the 1TB homebase. The cameras and homebase was very easy to setup and pair once the cameras were put into position and viewed on the eufy app straight away I noticed the sharp crisp video the cameras were producing.The motion detection was spot on, it identifies people vehicles and other motions well pleased on that aspect.When it comes to night viewing this is where Eufy nails it, the night time video is just like daytime which is phenomenal. The initial purchase price is not the cheapest compared to it's competitors but to me it is well worth the extra cost like the build quality,AI detection, superb video quality especially at night,Rich notifications and most importantly of all NO SUBSCRIPTIONS well done EUFY.

Easy to buy online and delivery was good. Fitting was straight forward although it had to be fitted above the recommended height to stop thieves disabling it which happened to the unit fitted above the garage.

Prompt delivery and a great product

My X10 Pro is amazing-a life changer. It will clean a whole floor every evening without me even thinking about it. All I have to do is to pick up my shoes! (But if I don’t, it’ll just clean round them!

Installation of the components I purchased was simple. Unfortunately, it is not giving me all of the features it should and I am waiting for Customer Support to sort it out. I expected a “Plug and Play” system.
Also, I cannot find a downloadable user manual for the App.

Can’t go wrong easy to use quick delivery everything you expect

Generally pleased with the camera but the app leaves a lot to be desired. It's very laggy and stutters on playback. When you come to delete videos you often have to delete twice. My previous cameras had no such issues.

My Eufy robot developed an E14 error despite being properly maintained and only used to clean the lower part of my house. Eufy diagnosed the robot as faulty and arranged a repair, but the repair was unsuccessful.
I repeatedly explained that I had tested the base station with my other Eufy robot and that it also failed to work. This strongly suggests the base station may be the actual problem, yet Eufy has never properly addressed this or explained why the second robot also failed.
Instead, they returned my faulty robot unrepaired, in a very battered box, and offered me a 50% discount on a refurbished replacement. When I declined, they increased this to 60%.
I do not consider this an acceptable resolution. Why should I pay 40% for a refurbished machine that could fail again when Eufy has not even established what caused the original problem?
What is most frustrating is that my actual complaint has been ignored. I have received repeated generic responses about the warranty and discounted replacements rather than a proper investigation of the fault.
Very poor customer service. I have lost confidence in Eufy and would now think very carefully before purchasing another Eufy product.

Got fobbed off. It looks like you haven't made a purchase and I ended up with 3. They told me they would sort it ,but didn't do what they said.
After service shocking.

I was recommended by an electrician who was doing work for me. I have been pleased with the quality of the pictures. I have only 1 complaint- the distance from my front door to the pavement and street is close enough to register people passing by. I’ve put a mask up but it’s not enough.
