It’s a great low cost easy installation with video monitoring.

Great machine. Really feel like it smells fresh and clean and pics every spec of dust up. Makes keeping on top of the cleaning so easy.

The product is performing well, was easy to set up and the customer service team was really helpful - the free gift didn’t arrive but they were straight on it when I brought it to there attention and kept me fully updated with progress delivering the item.

My doorbell wont connect to WiFi, worked for 2 days and now broken

Order made, order recieved, love 'Kenneth' as my son calls it. (E25) seems to do exactly was i want and very easy to configure and set up. Really happy with this purchase, best household item we own!

Loving the new security cam for the driveway. Crystal clear pictures day or night. Really impressed. Product was shipped in protective boxes and arrived safely

The security lights are highly controllable via the App
There are issues about linking them to the App however - this took multiple attempts despite a good WiFi signal

I bought an Eufy Video Doorbell C30 which worked great to begin with. Now I am having to charge it nearly every 2 days and it has stopped recording. I tried everything online but still the same. I contacted Eufy who responded straightaway. I sent lots of photos, SKU numbers, which took time to do and did everything they told me to. But issues are still the same. I have taken the doorbell camera down now as it’s useless to me. They are now wanting all of this:-

- Detection mode settings
- Sensitivity settings

For missed logs, please also provide:

- The exact date and time you expected to see the event but it didn't actually appear in the app (within the past two days)

If available, please provide a photo or screenshot showing the issue

To upload logs, please follow these steps:

Open the eufy app > Tap the account icon (top left) > Go to Settings > About > Tap Upload Logs

No way, I’m not wasting any more of my time on this. It’s as if they don’t believe me. Just not happy with a product that does not work as it should.

Back to my old doorbell now.

I brought the eufy s380 Homebase as an upgrade to my system and it seemed fine until the AI started not recognising my stored face images of my family and friends. I have been in touch with the eufy / Anker customer support and explained what was happening and they sent me emails explaining what the problem could be and they seem like pre generated emails to me they gave me an update firmware suggestion which I carried out and I thought strange as the firmware update normally is automatically installed? Then they proceeded to tell me that my unit is out of warranty and that basically I need to buy a new Homebase and I said it is not fit for purpose if it doesn’t last more than a couple of years , however they offered me a 30% discount as a gesture of good will providing I brought it directly from their App website which is more expensive than other retailers even with the discount. I would not buy another one and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to others and sending what looks like pre generated emails means they’ve had your money and want you to spend more, I don’t think so Eufy/Anker .

Don’t feel it’s great doesn’t pick people up until they are close to the house ring camera is far better disappointed after spending that money when there is cheaper better cameras on the market

Solar cameras are great pieces of kit,follows people as they walk,very easy to set up and use I can’t fault them.plus no electric and no charging up.
I also purchased two entry sensors which work great and very simple to set up and use

prompt delivery, good, secured package, easy to install, great sound and image, superb connectivity with internal massive memory, subscription and cloud free.

Delivered on time, as stated, great product, good after sales for accessories

Great machine keeps the floor very clean. Keeps the dogs on there toes.

Good definition on screen. Easy to set up, although panel location took a bit of time to optimise.
