Great product.I have the cameras and door bell camera which is brilliant. With two view point and motion lighting in colour at night is a great feature.

The video doorbell works very well, whilst abroad we were getting all the notifications when people came to the house, very reassuring.
The only reason we haven’t given five stars is because we also purchased the Minibase Chime and we haven’t managed yet to connect it to the WiFi and hence have it working.

Save your money! Products don’t last and not fit for purpose. Outdoor cameras lose ability to charge and when getting in touch with customer service they don’t care they’ve got your money. Delay on doorbell response and now doorbell doesn’t pick up anything . I won’t buy these again

Great product fairly easy to set up

Does everything we hoped for. Spot on.

This is a game changer wow. When cleaning always hated having to finish off by hoovering and mopping now I don’t have to do either brilliant piece of kit.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a frustrating customer service experience.

My Eufy S1 started basically having a mind of its own. It would turn itself on at night when there were no schedules set and Do Not Disturb was on. One night I was woken up by it announcing “task complete” after it had decided to go off on its own. We also have a rescue dog sleeping downstairs, so having a robot randomly starting up during the night obviously wasn’t ideal.

I reported the fault while it was still within warranty and eventually Eufy agreed to have it sent away for repair.

I was then told it couldn’t be repaired.

Instead of simply replacing it with an equivalent product, I then ended up going backwards and forwards with customer service over different models, refurbished units and various partial refund offers.

Then somehow it got even worse.

My original S1 was sent back to me, despite apparently not even being meant to come back from the repair centre, and it was in a much worse condition than when I sent it.

The base station wasn’t put back together properly, it had scratches and marks on it, a plastic guide on the water tank was broken and screws were missing.

I then set it back up to see if it even worked and it was literally pouring water out of the base station. So I sent Eufy a faulty robot for repair and somehow ended up getting back an even more broken one that is now completely unusable.

I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time going backwards and forwards with customer service trying to get what I think is a pretty simple outcome.

Either replace the product properly or refund me.

What’s also frustrating is that every time I’ve rejected an offer or pushed the complaint further, the offer seems to change. Different replacement robots, refurbished options, different percentages of refund etc. It feels like you have to keep arguing before the issue is actually taken seriously.

The annoying thing is that I actually really liked the S1 (WHEN IT WORKED). It’s a great robot vacuum and I previously thought highly of Eufy, but this whole experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

After looking online since all of this happened, it also seems like I’m far from the only person having problems with Eufy’s customer service, particularly when it comes to robot vacuums, repairs and warranty replacements.

I shouldn’t have sent my robot away for repair and received it back damaged, with parts missing and pouring water everywhere.

At this point I just want Eufy to take responsibility and resolve it properly.

Really disappointing. They say they are sorry, but they don’t seem to show it. Good luck if you ever have to deal with their customer service, and even more good luck if you think you’ve got a chance of receiving anything remotely resembling a goodwill gesture for all the inconvenience caused.

At this point I think I’ve exchanged enough emails with Eufy to publish a novel.

I got a good deal on a Which recommended product that seems to be doing a great job.

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I sent my Eufy S1 Pro to Anker/Eufy after they agreed to inspect it and attempt a repair. Before sending it, the robot still worked—the issue was that a faulty wheel spring made it difficult to return to and connect with the docking station without manual assistance.

Before I sent it, Eufy stated in writing:

“However, please be advised that there may be instances where our repair center determines that your device cannot be repaired. In such cases, we will contact you and return your original device to you.”

They later confirmed that they didn’t have the necessary parts to repair it and returned my original device. However, it was not returned in the condition in which I sent it.

The robot came back completely dismantled, with screws missing and sections not put back together. It could still be used before their repair centre handled it; now it is completely unusable. Their repair centre has left my £1,300 machine in a significantly worse condition than when they received it.

After numerous back-and-forth emails, they continue to focus on the expired warranty while ignoring the fact that their own repair centre returned my property damaged and incomplete. Their proposed solution is a discount requiring me to spend hundreds of pounds on another machine.

I have purchased multiple Eufy products and paid the full premium price for them, so this treatment is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone sending an expensive product to this repair centre to photograph and record its condition beforehand.

I will update this review if Anker/Eufy takes responsibility and provides a fair resolution.

Had the Eufy S1 pro since it’s launched in 2024. The Cleaner is pretty good, however I would certainly not buy anything from Eufy again. It is typical Chinese company where you cannot get any replacement parts or accessories. They’ve now learned the S2 and all parts for the S1 such as roller Bush brushes mop heads etc are all out of stock. I do not expect to spend thousands of pounds on a vacuum cleaning system to have it made use useless after only two years because they no longer stop the parts.

Recommend by a friend all good so far as it does what I want.

Great product that’s easy to install and use with a good delivery service.

Installation was incredibly easy. Works great. Too early to tell how the solar panel operates through the autumn and winter. However only takes minutes to remove it and boost the battery from a socket.

So competitive price and good service

After buying the product from the Eufy site, I find it £40 cheaper on Amazon.
Very disappointed.
