I have purchased a number of Eufy products over the years, including security cameras, sensors, a doorbell, and most recently the Omni S1 Pro, which I bought to upgrade from my Omni 10, which is now used upstairs.

The Omni S1 Pro is an amazing product, but it’s not just the quality of the products that I would recommend Eufy for — their customer service is excellent too.

I have contacted Eufy on a couple of occasions for technical support or help with a product issue, and on every occasion they have responded within a few hours. They have always been extremely helpful, positive and professional, resolving my queries to my complete satisfaction.

What has really impressed me is that they don’t simply close the conversation and move on. On a couple of occasions, when I hadn’t yet provided the information they needed to investigate further, they followed up with me a few days later to check whether the issue was still ongoing.

It’s refreshing to see this level of customer service, and I genuinely wish more companies provided the same experience. Great products backed up by genuinely excellent customer support — highly recommended.

This is my second order of Eufy products.
They are quality goods and not over priced and no over inflated subscriptions.
First class in every way communication, ordering, delivery, price and goods.

I’m order, but my order is not coming

Docking station had a fault which left the cleaner unusable. I was told just to buy a new one!
Questionable customer service, Short warranty and products are cheap. Avoid.

The purchasing process for the video doorbell battery was good and so was the waiting period for delivery. I installed the new fully charged battery on 09/09/2026, just before midnight and it was depleted at about 7pm on 17/09/2026. All my settings are low/optimal, so I'm disappointed because I think that there is a fault with the video doorbell unit as opposed to the battery.

We have tiled floors throughout the ground floor of our house. Initial set up/mapping was fairly staight forward but it doesn't get into the corners of rooms so some back up cleaning after use is required! The biggest disappointment is that even on highest settings it doesn't vacuum the floors completely or wash the floor thoroughly. It needs some hoovering and washing by other means to achieve a thorough clean after use. Not what we expected so somewhat disappointing having spent a considerable sum of money on what we hoped would make our life easier!

I purchased a Eufy doorbell that has never worked properly. Under UK consumer law, I should have been offered an appropriate repair or replacement, but Eufy failed to provide either.
I contacted Eufy to ask why this had not been dealt with. The response was disgraceful. Every time I mentioned my legal rights or asked specific questions, my concerns were ignored. Instead, I was repeatedly told to carry out troubleshooting steps that I had already completed several times.
To make matters worse, I ended up with two separate email chains for the same issue, with neither one actually resolving anything. The whole process felt disorganised and incompetent.
I was eventually contacted by someone calling himself a manager named Shane, who said the matter had been escalated to him. However, after I replied with further questions about my rights under UK law, he also stopped responding. This is completely unacceptable customer service.
I cannot believe a company of Eufy’s size would treat a customer this way. The product has been unreliable, the support process has been frustrating, and my legitimate questions have been repeatedly ignored.
I will never buy another Eufy product again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before doing so.

The doorbell had missed visitors and had needed reboots

Very good quality doorbell and camera. Deiverywas excellent and unlike some drivers, he waited for me to answer the door, he didn't "dump and run".

I would give it zero stars if u could. They make all these fake promises during purchase that they offer hassle free warranty etc its all just their marketing tricks. I had a mains powered cctv camera with sensor light that kept on crashing. The WiFi router is only 3m from the camera yet they said the crashes were due to the WiFi being too weak. I have perfect WiFi everywhere in the house front driveway rear garden all the way to the edges of the land yet the signal was too weak for the camera. I have ee fibre that has never give any of my other high speed devices any issues at all. Eufy Appologiesd but thats all. Their garbage camera is going in the bin and Im going to get Swann cameras or HikVision. Im not putting my £1200 and trust with you again eufy. On paper your cameras look good but they are better being paper weight

The product is excellent would definitely recommend, the only thing was the length on delivery time , it was 8 or 9 days before I received the bags
