Have enhanced my home security and am impressed by the quality and easy to use features. It was easy to install, is easy to use, and half the price of my existing cctv. Customer service was superb and responsive making a welcome change to companies using online chat bots. Would recommend for unobtrusive home security.

Great system, easy to install and good video quality. They do sell better and more expensive cameras but I'm happy with these.

Order R020301498291S was delivered, but the Video Doorbell E340 (Battery Powered) – Black was missing from the parcel.

I reported this to Eufy straight away and expected a straightforward replacement to be arranged. Instead, I just keep getting AI responses, both when trying to deal with the issue by phone and by email.

I still haven’t had a proper conversation with a human being, and I still haven’t received clear confirmation that my missing doorbell has actually been dispatched.

There was also a promotional free gift advertised with the HomeBase Professional S1 which was missing from the delivery.

The main issue is simple: I paid for the E340 doorbell, it was not delivered, and I am still waiting for Eufy to properly acknowledge and resolve this.

This should not require repeated chasing. I just want actual human support, confirmation that the missing item has been dealt with, and a clear answer on when my doorbell will be sent.

The new battery is fine and was very easy to fit but it did take longer than expected to arrive.

Very happy to wake up every morning knowing my Eufy has hoovered and mopped!

Clear pictures but the battery doesnt last nearly as long as i thought it would for the money it cost

Excellent had a problem with the doorbell not charging. Sent a new one straight away.

This is my second eufy robovacc. The first lasted me about 8 years and was used regularly 3 times a week. So when it became obvious it was time for a replacement, I had no hesitation in ordering another.

Bought an omni e28 robot vacuum and within 3 weeks a part fell off it which I couldn’t locate where it came from. Contacted customer support who advised they recognised it but couldn’t say what it was, what it did or how to fix it. They also stated not covered in warranty.

Returned to the seller for a refund and will not buy another Eufy product

Very good cameras and easy to set up across family members for access. I elected to install the Homebase and it works as intended, tracking individuals seamlessly from one camera to the next in a joined up video.

I have purchased a number of Eufy products over the years, including security cameras, sensors, a doorbell, and most recently the Omni S1 Pro, which I bought to upgrade from my Omni 10, which is now used upstairs.

The Omni S1 Pro is an amazing product, but it’s not just the quality of the products that I would recommend Eufy for — their customer service is excellent too.

I have contacted Eufy on a couple of occasions for technical support or help with a product issue, and on every occasion they have responded within a few hours. They have always been extremely helpful, positive and professional, resolving my queries to my complete satisfaction.

What has really impressed me is that they don’t simply close the conversation and move on. On a couple of occasions, when I hadn’t yet provided the information they needed to investigate further, they followed up with me a few days later to check whether the issue was still ongoing.

It’s refreshing to see this level of customer service, and I genuinely wish more companies provided the same experience. Great products backed up by genuinely excellent customer support — highly recommended.
