Don’t buy the Belkin screen protector package with IPhone
Bought the belkin screen protector life time with iPhone 17 pro. The first screen protector cracked and I went on their website to get a replacement. The experience is just awful. I’ve already registered the product. But I still need to find my receipt and attach it, fill in a long form, and take pictures of the broken screen protector and upload it! In the age of AI image generation, I can’t think of any other purposes of this requirement than making it super difficult for customers to receive the service they paid for. It was the worse customer experience I have ever had.

I ordered an item directly from Belkin on 6 Apr but they sent a different item from that which I ordered. I contacted Belkin telephone support (on hold for almost 20 minutes) who informed me I needed to email photographic evidence which I did the same day. One week later I had still not heard from Belkin so today I tried their support chat - don't bother. In the queue for 1 hour 22 minutes, then another 26 minutes explaining the situation. Eventually they said they will send me a pre-paid label to return the item and then when they receive it they will send me the original (more expensive) item I ordered. Phew – what a palaver, and I still don’t know how long this will take. Belkin improve your quality control and speed up your customer satisfaction process when you make a mistake.
Update. Belkin didn’t send a pre paid label they emailed it. Good luck returning items if you don’t have a printer.
My experience with Belkin customer…
My experience with Belkin customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I contacted them about replacing my phone holder with the replacement of a different model after experiencing issues, and the support I received was unhelpful and inflexible.
Instead of offering a reasonable upgrade path or replacement solution, they essentially left me stuck with a product that didn’t meet expectations and was defective. For a brand at this price point, I expected far better customer care. Also I was told I would receive a call back from a supervisor within one hour. That never happened and after waiting for over 4 hours I called back to speak with a supervisor named YEN who could have cared less my product was defective. Product quality matters — but how a company handles problems matters even more. Unfortunately, Belkin failed on that front. This company doesn’t care about customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

J'ai acheté un verre trempé à 45e, il ne colle pas. Cela fait 5 fois qu'il me renvoi un nouveau verre trempé, tout en sachant que le nouveau ne collera pas non plus ( 1 mois d'attente entre chaque verre trempé ) , mais ils savent qu'un moment je vais craquer et arrêter d'en redemander et c'est la ou il sont gagnant. Ils font des verres trempés pour 1 euro le vendent 45euros et ils savent que je vais pas revenir 45fois.
Franchement achetez un verre trempé a 15euros sur d'autres sites seront sans doute meilleurs.

How does a CEO stay in post with such an appalling review record? Still waiting a replacement screen protector weeks after submission. At the current movement rate, I have computed my wait time on the chat to be 3 days and 14 minutes. Shameful service.
Non-Existent Belkin Warranty
I just purchased a Belkin screen protector (Titan Smartshield) for my new Galaxy S26a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to get the best protection for my new device, so I paid the premium price for it. The installation was very easy and I was satisfied.
I then dropped my phone from about 3 feet (Waist high) and the screen protector broke in six places and webbed all over the screen.
I sent in an RMA and was denied replacement.
They market this screen protector like it is amazing and they have done all these drop tests, but mine broke at 3 feet drop. If this was 6 months later, I bought it and not 2 weeks, it might be a little different. I will never buy another Belkin product.

Absolutely terrible experience with Belkin support.
I spent over an hour on the phone with their team and was promised a replacement screen protector. I followed all their instructions and submitted a claim — and then nothing. No updates, no communication, no resolution.
I’ve even gone to four different Apple Stores trying to sort this out, only to be told it has to be handled by Belkin directly. Meanwhile, their own policy clearly says they’ll replace screen protectors with cracks and bubbles — which mine has — but they haven’t honored it.
This is beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you’re considering buying from Belkin, don’t expect their warranty or support to actually deliver when you need it.
I’ll be escalating this further if it’s not resolved soon.

I paid a premium for a Belkin screen…
I paid a premium for a Belkin screen protector as I assumed they were of better quality than what you buy on Amazon. Belkins screen protectors break just as easy as the cheaper ones. I filled out the form to apply for a warranty claim only to discover that I have to pay $9.99 for shipping for my “free” screen protector. I can buy 3 of them for $9.99 on Amazon! What a scam!!

Review:
I placed an order on Belkin’s UK website and their checkout system merged two completely different addresses into one. I noticed immediately and contacted support within two hours to correct it.
After waiting 1.5 hours in the chat queue, the agent stalled for over 20 minutes, then told me the order was already “picked” and they “cannot change the address” — even though the incorrect address was caused by their own system. They refused to correct it, refused to escalate it, and told me to “contact DHL myself”, even though DHL won’t take instructions from the recipient until the parcel is in their system.
I also tried calling their support line and waited another 1.5 hours, only to reach someone I could barely understand who also couldn’t help.
Belkin’s website created the problem, and their support refused to fix it. Now I have to wait for the parcel to be returned to sender before they will even consider a refund.
This is unacceptable service from a major brand. Customers deserve better than broken checkout systems, long queues, and support agents who can’t resolve basic issues.

1 Stern zu viel
Wie auch schon mehrfach erwähnt, ein katastrophaler Kundenservice. Seit November warte ich auf eine Lösung des Problems. Es gab eine Rückrufaktion. Da sollte man doch meinen, dass es zügig funktioniert. Bis heute, trotz mehrmaligen Anfragen, sind sie nicht in der Lage die Sache zu klären. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Belkin hat sich somit für uns erledigt.

AVOID, AVOID- FIRE RISK HAZARD
4 power banks from Belkin have started overheating, smelling like fire. Advised Belkin of this. At first I didn’t get a reply until after two weeks of reporting this so disposed of the items properly as I couldn’t risk them being in my house with 2 young kids.
I have provided my invoice from Amazon and they are refusing to replace these, advised these were a fire hazard and nothing further has been done. As Belkin have now started ignoring me, I have started reporting this further. A report has been made to the CPCS and further reports will be made about Berlin’s unprofessional correspondence.
Would never buy a Belkin product again, no customer service and by the sounds of it they are happy for a customer to have a product which is a fire risk hazard!
Avoid, avoid, avoid and if you have the BPB024 please return the item! I don’t trust that Belkin have advised people of this issue.
Obviously a manufacturing problem if all 4 of my power banks are like this.
Last correspondence from them was the 24th of Feb and I have had nothing since..
iPhone Screen Protector Review: Avoid Company and Products at All Cost
I bought my screen protector directly from Apple. Super overpriced but figured unlimited warranty so why not.
It is unbelievable that Apple associates itself with this company/product. Everything about dealing with this company is terrible. Their screen protector broke almost immediately with no major drop or incident. When going to get a replacement you have to have all of the original information when you purchased the product to be eligible (which I had), I then had to submit multiple support cases until every couple of days until they finally approved one for whatever reason, once they approved the replacement I had to pay $10 for shipping which seems like completely false advertisement on a “free” replacement.
I pay the $10 fill out all my information, and wait for my product to ship. A few days following I get an email from Belkin saying that I need to confirm my address, I confirm my address, I get another email from Belkin asking to confirm my address, I confirm it again, I then get another email saying that my shipment is confirmed asking for a final address confirmation with an attached address that is clearly some failed AI attempt at copying my multiple clear verifications.
I am now 8th in a support queue on a Thursday night where I haven’t moved in 20 mins.
Avoid this company and its products at all cost.
