Fabulous warm sheepskin arch support inserts! Love them, they've given my old Ugg boots a new lease on life and another couple of years wear!

Legit company with legit products. Got some slippers for my mum which were posted to a remote location. They got there after some mucking around on AusPost end, but all the store-specific stuff was great. Recommended.

I recently placed an order with UGG Online (Order #UO32620) and the order was submitted twice. I reached out to their customer service immediately, expecting a straightforward fix – after all, I run several Shopify stores myself and know full well that cancelling or voiding a duplicate order is a basic function any half-decent business can manage.

Instead, I was met with a copy-paste response about their “efficient system” and how they “can’t accommodate cancellations or modifications.” This isn’t Amazon or some global giant – it’s a small Aussie business, and the refusal to help was just lazy and dismissive. They clearly value their own convenience over their customers’ experience.

To add insult to injury, their email was topped off with a patronising “Zero Tolerance Policy” warning, as if asking for basic customer service is somehow aggressive. Absolutely laughable.

I’ve now had to waste my own time and resources sorting out a chargeback, all because UGG Online couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. If you value your money, your time, or even just a bit of common courtesy, steer well clear of this company. There are plenty of other places to buy UGGs that actually care about their customers.

Easy to order, fast delivery, item as described, shoes are very light which makes them perfect for overseas travel. I would recommend to order your actual size as length is perfect but width is quite roomy, will need to wear thick socks.

Purchased for my daughter for her bday and she loves them. Fitted perfectly and warm. What we didn't like was placing each slipper into a plastic bag when both would have fitted into one. And to be honnest, we would rather have had paper or nothing. We DO NOT NEED THIS PLASTIC!!! All communication was good. I did get false emails though from a similar company saying goods were on their way etc. Luckily I'm up with the play and didn't respond to any of these.

Good quality make - but definitely order a size up as they fit small. I’m normally a size 9 and ordered that, but they’re a touch small; I should have ordered a 10.

Be aware. This site will charge you a restocking fee per item ordered - not per order as it appears to read in their returns policy. These sizes run small, I am always a 37 and couldn't fit any of the footwear ordered. Lastly this is the american UGG company, not the original australian Ugg (1974) brand. Not a good company to deal with, I will not buy from them again.
