I received the Merino Tassy platform Ugg for my birthday and I love them! They are made of exceptional quality and are exactly how described, I have the sand colour and the colour is perfect. They are super comfortable, durable, easy to clean. I measured my foot and then sized up slightly because of the thick wool lining. I did have Q’s and the customer support team got back to me very quickly. Very fast shipping, would recommend to anyone

A good boot however the sizing was over-estimated and it was difficult to find the return procedure as there are a few uggs on line as well and no contact no phone number and no paperwork. I finally traced the address on the envelope and found a whole warehouse near Sydney Olympic park

The Ugg ankle high boot is well made and great for knocking about the house. However, the sizing is bigger than expected.

Great service and beautiful slippers.
However, these are large in sizing. I always wear US ladies 9 and these are too big for me. They slip up and down and as wool pile flattens out they can only feel bigger. So disappointed in that aspect, but expect that's the peril of buying without trying on
