Excellent all round. I missed my uggs from when I lived in Aus.. So thought I'd buy some for my brother for Xmas, the delivery to the uk was so fast it blew my mind, approx 3 weeks so I ordered another pair for me. Excellent all round, brilliant company, would definitely recommend.

Received on time but. Was disappointed with the packaging, the box was very squashed by the time I got it! Not major but as it's a gift I wanted it to look nice!

Die Ware wurde auf halbem Weg an den Verkäufer zurück geschickt. Der Verkäufer hat nie auf Nachfragen reagiert. Habe dann über Paypal mein Geld zurück erhalten.

Excellent service. Arrived within a week from S.W Australia. Price much cheaper than ordering from the U.K. and that was including the cost of shipping.

These uggs are the best. I got such a good bargain, the delivery fee of 20pounds is a much but it is totally worth it. Will definitely be ordering again.

Boots arrived and the seam had split and had a hole. I have been emailing, sent photos and tried everything to get hold of customer services. After posting a negative comment on their Instagram they finally replied asking for pictures - which has already been sent- now no replies again. Similar comments from others on various social media sites so clearly an ongoing approach to customer service. Buy elsewhere!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered a few items for Christmas presents and they are currently being held at the post office for an additional 66.11 pounds. This is on top of the original price paid and postage at purchase. Absolutely shocking service and still no package. AVOID at all cost.

Terrible awful customer service. Really awful. They don’t answer the phone. An automated message just sends you back to the website. They don’t answer emails and the chat function they advertise is non existent. I purchased 2 pairs of boots ( one pair for my daughters birthday which is this Sunday)Payment was taken on 11 November and I had a note from Royal Mail in Uk to pay a customs fee on Monday. I’ve paid the fee but now Royal Mail can’t find my parcel without the tracking number. which I’ve never been given.

My order was with "customs"for weeks, then I received an email that my package was deliverd, only no delivery was ever done! I have tried to contact them several times but they haven't responded at all. I feel completly scammed!

My experience with uggonline.com.au has been extremely disappointing. I have contacted the store multiple times by email and phone, but I have received no response whatsoever.
Seeing that my order had not been shipped and reading complaints from other customers, I became genuinely concerned that this might be a scam, so I requested an order cancellation. Despite the fact that my payment was already taken, the company has ignored this request as well.
This lack of communication from a business that processes payments but does not respond to customers is very concerning. If I do not receive a reply within the next few days, I will have no choice but to file a report with the National Anti-Scam Centre in Australia.

Ordered a pair of Ugg boots about 1 week ago. I received a confirmation email of order which they said I could track through Shop app. I have done this and all it says is on it's way by express shipping. I was told in email I would get confirmation of tracking details once dispatched but this has never happened. I have contacted them via website and by email 6 times but no reply has been received. On a Scam adviser site, it states that they are using an internal review system which would explain the positive reviews on Trustpilot. I am now beginning to believe the negative reviews. I have now escalated my concerns to PayPal as I doubt I'll ever receive the Ugg boots given no response to my queries.

1st December update: since posting this review today, I miraculously got a shipping update with tracking details. Will also see if these are actually genuine Ugg boots. From a communication perspective, this company does not get back to you despite them suggesting you contact them if need to get in touch.

Ordered over a week ago still not been shipped been trying to communicate with this company via email and social media not getting back to me and clearly not expecting my order to arrive now seems like a big scam to me

Habe UGG.au bestellt musste ZOLLGEBÜHREN extra bezahlen da ich davon nichts wusste.
Das schlimmste ist auf dem Karton steht gr.40 habe bestellt Lieferschein auch gr.40 geliefert wurde gr.39, mehrmals email geschrieben kein Antwort jetzt weiss ich nicht was ich mitt den schuhen machen soll ??. Schade

Ich habe uggonline Schuhe bestellt und den entsprechenden Preis mit Versand bezahlt doch bei dem Warenannahme musste ich noch 22,85 Euro dazu bezahlen, ohne dass ich darüber davor informiert wurde. Das ist echt nicht fehr online einen Preis verlangen und bei der Übergabe noch mehr kassieren.
