Speedy delivery and love my UGG slippers 😊

Easy to order and the order was delivered well packaged and delivered on time.

This was my 2nd order with UGGonline. I ordered Noah Sandals and when they arrived they were in a Tarramarra by Ever Australia box titled Oliver Slide Sandals. The print on the heel bore Tarramarra name, too. I queried the difference and received a response from John. He was very unhelpful and didn't really address the query. I contacted my bank who advised another email sent to them and to go back to them if the issue was not resolved by the company.
I also contacted Trading Standards saying how I felt the advert was very misleading. I was told the Australian equivalent was either the ACL or the ACCC.
In my next email to John I updated him on what my bank and Trading Standards had said. His response was to ask for photographs to be sent. I did as he asked and sent them off twice as the first time he was unable to open the photos. In the email I asked him to let me know whether he had been able to open the photos this time.
After a week, I had not received a response so I emailed yet again asking him to confirm he had received and been able to open the photographs. Once again, no response received. Ten days after sending the previous email I received an email asking me to comment on the customer service I received. I wrote a response explaining the very misleading advertising and that because of no response to emails their customer service left a lot to be desired.
This was 4 days ago and still no emails from UGGonline.1
I have emailed my bank and they have sent me a form to complete with copies of all emails requested. Once the bank have contacted the company, I will be emailing the equivalents of Trading Standards with again, copies of all the emails concerned and the none responses to emails.

I have read several negative reports about this company and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them not to because they have misleading advertising and very poor customer service.

Product good and arrived within time given.

Es lief alles ohne Probleme. Bei der 1. Bestellung brauchte die Lieferung zwar 6 Wochen aber die 2. Lieferung war innerhalb 14 Tagen schon da. Immer beachten, eine Nummer größer bestellen und die Zollgebühren bezahlt man beim Postboten.
Ansonsten ist die Ware perfekt.

I placed an order by mistake and contacted customer service within 45 minutes asking to cancel it before shipment. Despite my immediate request and several follow-up messages, I was told that cancellation and returns were not possible because the item was on sale and this is against their policy.

The parcel was then delivered and left in front of my house. The product is completely new, unopened and unused, and I offered to send it back at my own expense, but the company still refused any return or refund.

I understand companies have their own policies, but I was surprised that an order reported as an error almost immediately after purchase could not be stopped or returned, even when the item is in perfect condition.

I would have expected more flexibility.

International customers should be aware that this store does not offer a right of withdrawal similar to the 14-day return policy common in the EU.

Speed of delivery and price

Beware that these boots are not UGG branded boots (produced by Decker) but rather generic Australian "ugg' boots.

I raised this with the company as I believe it to be the case that Australian companies are not permitted to sell generic ugg boots internationally using the UGG name. I also believe that the website and the markings on the boots are designed in such a way that a consumer could believe that these were genuine UGG branded boots. I ultimately received no response and claimed a chargeback through my bank. This was still frustrating however as I had paid a significant sum (£100) by way of a customs charge that meant it would have cost the same to buy UGG branded boots from a UK supplier in the first place.

Boots arrived in a timely manner considering shipping from Oz to UK. They are lovely and very comfortable.

BEWARE, my elderly father bought my mother some Uggs online but were the wrong size. He made a mistake sending back but he did with the receipt. Countless emails but still waiting for exchange or refund and it's been months. John at customer service is hopeless and won't return emails. It's appalling treatment. Terrible way to treat an 85 year old man trying to buy his wife a present.

Ordered a pair of boots, were too small and arranged to send them back. Upon packing them back up, noticed a mark and asked for the post to be covered. Sent pictures of the fault only too be told that I had caused the damage and they won't accept them! All subsequent emails have been ignored! Absolutely shocking customer service.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

All good for me. Ordered for the wife, arrived within 7-10 days. No issues.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Ugg boots.com.au. and paid online for the boots and the postage which amounted to £88.00
It’s been over one month and I have NOT received any boots .
I tried a few time to contact the company online and heard nothing . I received a reply telling me that the items were sent. I was told they would be looking into it . I had requested a full refund and heard nothing
I sent another email today asking for a full refund as they had not arrived and I still have not heard anything.
It’s quite obvious they have taken my money and are now ignoring me .

Ordered online nice and easy, got notified at every step of delivering from dispatch to door. Paid for insurance of delivery as coming from aus to uk and delivered a lot faster than expected. Arrived between 7-10 days.
