We've always loved tea. There's nothing like it to lift the spirits and raise a smile, whether alone or with others, out and about or in the comforts of your own home. In January 2017, we decided to do something really innovative for lovers of tea and set about creating a range of the finest whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits, blended to delight taste buds and bring a smile to its drinkers. Frankly, we were a little underwhelmed by the teas available in the supermarkets (and a little disappointed to learn that even the cutesy, more expensive brands are invariably just owned by the massive brands anyway.) Our blends are full of little surprises that make them different. An additional ingredient with a functional benefit…or an unconventional flavour pairing that transforms something nice into something spectacular. A tea that’s specifically designed to be drunk cold or one that tastes so good it must be bad (but isn’t). We like to think of them as Blends With Benefits. Now, we have a range of over 40 delicious, healthy and innovative blends that are available direct through our website, and in cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices and independent retailers all over the UK. I love their brewdolf tea
I love their brewdolf tea. I have tried multiple Christmas teas over the past few years and this is hands down the best. Christmas in a cup.

My order was beautifully packed
My order was dealt with promptly and the items were well packaged. The free gift was excellent as it fitted well with the other products that I had ordered. The only reason I didn’t give 5 * was because the communication around delivery was muddled. I received notification from Twist that the order had been dispatched, followed quickly by a message from the courier stating a delivery day and time. But it did not arrive and I received a further courier message the next day which resulted in delivery.

Altogether a good experience and high quality product
Easy to order and delivery times as communicated. Likes that my order of 100 teabags came in 2 separately strapped bags - can keep one sealed until needed. The samples was a bonus and tasty. Overall a high quality product, with personal touches surcoats.

Refresher Green teabags - the best!
I've tried lots of green teas but Twist Teas Refresher Green is my absolute favourite. It's so nice yo get a free sample with each order. This tune I received mulled wine teabags and they're delicious!

Do not join tea club
Tea is amazing. Tea club is terrible. I got charged this month when I paused my subscription. Apparently you can't change the Tea, you have to have to have the same tea every month. False advertisement as on the website it states you can change your tea flavour every month. On the accounts page it stated I changed the tea flavour but when I phoned twist teas they said you have to have the same tea every month. Very disappointing and I have wasted my money. They took my money when I cancelled the order.
