Quality products, great value, great interaction with the team
Great communication regarding questions I had about various products, quality products at very fair prices, very fair shipping especially considering tariffs, and my items arrived quickly considering they were coming from overseas. Before purchasing from Shades, I really wanted to shop domestically for the convenience but after ordering from Shades, that's not even a factor.

Great product, even better experience
Bought the PID kid for Gaggia classic E24. The shipping was reasonably fast due to holiday season, everything nicely packed with very clear instructions. Great experience overall and a definite recommendation for Shades of Coffee!

Must haves for the Gaggia
Excellent quality and well designed mods for the Gaggia. Price is also more then half the price compared to Australia, including postage. Only down side is the extra fee days delivery time compared to local distributors.
