I just placed an order today but I'm quite skeptical after I can't find the contact number, or a way I can ask for a refund, or even canceling the order? What course of action do you suggest?

Ad leads you to believe you can download apps that require a paid subscription and not have to pay, scam. I didn’t do research before purchasing, wish I had. I called my bank and had charge reversed.

This is a complete fraud. I decided to try on and it is basically a firestick with Kodi where you have to go and download extensions. Scam. I actually did buy a device that works from cable4free.com

Like all others said, this is a SCAM. I ordered the unit and received them sooner than expected. But of course, the remote control doesn't work. I followed their instructions, and tried many other combinations as well, but the unit, albeit functional, did not respond to the remote. And since that was the only way to control it, it was useless. And despite the warranty I bought, it was written that I'd have to pay for the return! So - SCAM! FRAUD! Please read reviews before buying, and then don't buy.

Update: I raised a claim with Paypal. The seller tried to coerce me into closing the claim before they refunded me. I wondered - once I closed the claim, there would be nothing compelling them to pay. I escalated the claim and PayPal decided in my favor (thank you PayPal). This should tell you what fraud the seller is.

DO NOT BUY TV SMART - I purchased two of them - paid for express shipment - paid extra for the warranty - it took over 2 weeks to get them - sent one to my daughter - NEITHER OF THEM WORKED - tried to get my money back (because they have a money back guarantee) - they said I had to SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA. WHAT A SCAM !!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe people actually buy the things they see on YouTube ads without checking reviews and doing research and yes people should start holding YouTube accountable for allowing these fake rip off products to be advertised on their platform.

You will get screwed.. It's just a Chinese version of an Amazon fire stick. They want you to download a Kodi app... You could do that on your fire stick... I'm screwed now because I bought this as a Christmas present and i've exceeded the 30 day returned window.. I should have done my homework and read these reviews before I bought this piece of garbage...

This is 100% a scam, there's no way to jail break all the paid streaming subscriptions all on 1 device, what's sad is people are probably here reading these reviews cause they seen a scam ad on YouTube, why YouTube allows scams ads is way beyond on me, seems like YouTube should be the one held responsible to the people who actually bought this product and got ripped off, for the younger crowd people fall for ads like this because jailbreaking use to really be a thing back in the day for free channels

Thanks to all of you who took the time to write a review. I try to always read reviews before any purchase. People work hard for their money. People like this should be sued.

I received the package from China and TV Smart wants me to return it to China - poor business model if you're really interested in customer satisfaction. Just to recap - I paid to have it shipped, I paid for a warranty, and now you want me to pay for returning YOUR DEFECTIVE UNIT back to China? Do I have this right? It sounds like the warranty is worthless since I have to keep paying every step of the way - for you to actually deliver what I've already paid for.

I didn't buy this product but those who did have no legitimate ground to stand on. If you bought this device,you did so because you thought you could get away with scamming legitimate companies and services. You thought this device would enable you to steal money from netflix,prime video,Hulu, max,showtime etc. Such hypocrites and thief's all of you are. Ha, ha, ha. The jokes on you. You get the device and realize it was you who got scammed. Lmao. What since you can't steal Subscription fees from cable and streaming services you gonna wine and cry and say you got ripped off. We'll I say you deserve it. Let this be a lesson in karma to you all. Everything would have been cool if you could have gotten away with stealing the subscription costs but got takin yourselves because of greed. Don't be so gullible and naive. You honestly think someone is going to advertise they actually have a device that enables to steal lol. That would leave them liable and basically ratting on themselves kudos the creator

Wow , what geniuses , they recreated a fancy internal antenna for in your house that only receives what local channels are broadcasted in 1080 HD ! Try making a triangle wire antenna , it works as well and don't rip you for $80.00.

I wasted a lot of time trying to get this to connect to my wi-fi. It recognized the wi-fi name, but never connected. The instructions are terrible and confusing. It's total junk.

I purchased 2. 1 for me and 1 for a financially struggling pensioner and neither one worked when plugged into the TV. A load of over inflated hype for a useless expensive product! This sort of advertising should never be allowed. As the saying goes….If it’s too good to be true…it usually is!

I placed an order more than 5 weeks ago and have not yet received the TVSmart product. Are you able to assist me in finding out what happened?

Never received the product. Tracking numbers seem nonexistent and there’s no customer service to get in contact with. I will get in contact with my bank for a full refund.
