**Achtung vor TV Smart Versand!**

Am 14. März habe ich einen Stick bei TV Smart bestellt, doch leider musste ich feststellen, dass diese Firma äußerst unseriös ist. Sie haben 4,90 € mehr abgebucht, und der Stick, den ich erhalten habe, funktioniert nicht. Außerdem funktioniert die E-Mail-Adresse, die ich für Beschwerden genutzt habe, nicht, und es gibt keine klare Kontaktadresse.
Ich möchte alle warnen, nichts bei TV Smart zu bestellen, da es sich um eine betrügerische Plattform handelt.

This is a total scam. I purchase three of these devices and neither of the remotes will work. Tried different types of AAA batteries. App will open but the remote power indicator on either remote does come on.
I would not recommend this product to anyone. TVSMART isn't smart.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I plugged the mechanism into my TV and the whole TV shut down and refused to work until I removed this mechanism. I've been having a variety of antenna issues so I thought this would "fix" my issues. Boy, was I wrong! Not only that but I bought 2, hoping it would fix my broken TV but why bother? Now I'm out $100 plus! Can anyone tell me how to get a refund? I'd appreciate!

es folgt keine Rückmeldung, Firma hat keine Adresse, ominöse Mail handhabung, verrechnet wird mehr als angegeben. Ich warne alle Leute vor diesem Konstrukt!

Total scam, buy a Roku it is built better. This unit is a POS cheaply made; I could not get it to work correctly, just a piece of junk not to mention nothing is free. Tried reversing the credit card bill, no go and I ain't going to send it back it back to China for a refund like they want. Stay away from this POS

This is a total scam. I purchase two of these devices and it will not bluetooth and neither of the remotes will work. Tried different types of AAA batteries. What went wrong,first over all,tried to cancel the order,2 hours after the order placed.I recieved no response for 2 days,then 2 email notices,saying that they,had already shipped the order. Hmmm, second one advised me to recieve the new and updated model,and then contact them about the delay, and return.secondary,charged at the same time for the order.And 10 minuets later,was charged an additional fee for processing, the stinking fee was 1.5 price more then the price of the order,and it was charged a few days after the original order.I have attempted to get someone to respond to this,now the order arrived, packaged in plastic bag,with a very thin layer of bubble wrap. The mail label was in fact from California. I weighed the package,and usps. Would charge 12.95 for shipping. The package had been opened,and one of the tv smart units was opened as well,Hmmm. The external package had been taped back closed with package tape.I think it was just sent as is.If your as stupid as I have been, then run,and don't waste your hard earned money, recieved an email that stated that I will have to pay shipping charges to return the order to China. Hmmm, but it came from California, Hmmm. It is a complete scam,scam,scam.Dont do any business with this outfit,but I will be contacting the Attorney General, to register a complaint, and visa to dispute the charges, and lack of any extra charges that were not listed .By the way,I am unable to pull any information on the website for the hidden charges Guess I will have to wait and see what recourse I have with Visa,and the Attorney General. Runaway!!!!!!!!!! Don't do it

Scam - False Advertising, they are an overpriced firestick is all. You pay for extra shipping and they take over 2 weeks to receive and when you ask for refund they do not respond. Stay away from this site.

Dont buy one,they are rubbish.You would be better to go buy a new smart tv and avoid wasting your time and money on a smartuv product.We tried new cable,new batteries but still not working properly.I would like our money back...google?

This is nothing more than fire stick. Don't waste your money as I did. They claim Netflix free...not true. I'm trying to return IMMEDIATELY!

TVSmart is a money grabbing scam. This product doesn't work as advertised.
Google should be liable because the advertisement is on Google!

So I bought this item from a TV commercial and it stated "hassle free 30 day money back guarantee!!!" So I thought okay this must work and I ordered it. Received it, it's not compatible with my TV so I'm within the 30 days and I looked up the purchase confirmation in my email and tried to email them "ticket created" they emailed me back saying I have to return to China and pay the shipping...the shipping label clearly says California.... NOT CHINA.. This is just crazy. These scammers need to be shut down!!! I've been fighting this or almost 20 days now. Do not purchase...

Ich hatte zwei TV Sticks zum Preis von 120.- € bestellt mit denen ich nicht zufrieden war und möchte diese zurück senden um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen . Habe mittlerweile zwei mal eine Mail an das Unternehmen geschickt und um eine Rücksende Adresse gebeten aber keine Adresse bekommen.
Die E-mail Adresse wird nicht von dort beschäftigten Menschen gelesen.!

If you want free TV, all you need to do is buy an antenna and put it in your window or you could buy a Roku they don’t charge you anything for that service and you pick up all kinds of channels and it doesn’t cost $300 don’t be stupid

DO NOT ORDER - total scam!!! You will lose money and gain frustration!

Ordered the TV smart and received it ok. Set it up just as the instructions said and NOTHING WORKED. It did not work right out of the box.
Tried to start a return with problems, I have contacted their customer service (LOL) twice as of now, they won't allow an email sent to them only have to use their form an they say a ticket was created for the problem but that is as far as it goes.
