Received my smart TV connection and its charging point, the connector was inside the Box rattling around.
I asked for a refund as the connector was broken and was told I could keep the broken unit and receive 30% refund only, or the item can be posted to China.
Never buy as this is a Fraud

Bonjour, je n'ai pas acheté le produit mais il s'agit d'une anarque très clair. Leur site est minimaliste (1 seule page d'accueil et c'est tout), paiement carte Visa et Mastercard uniquement avec une reproduction grossière des liens de certification, et sur le produit en lui-même je ne dirais qu'une chose : si ça existait ça se saurait.
Ce que je trouve aussi honteux c'est de trouver de la pub pour cette anarque sur les site type MSN, Yahoo et autres. Il faut systématiquement les signaler.
Sur ce type d'offre n'hesitez pas à faire 5mn de recheche via des sites Trust ou autres. Bonne journée qd même

Received my smart TV and it was broken straight out of the box, charging port wasn't connected just loose. Because I opened the box more than 30days afterwards they said no refund or replacement. Wish I had of checked reviews didn't even get to see if it would work. NEVER buying from these scammers again

diese Firma besteht nur aus Betrug. Billiges nicht funktionierendes Gerät geschickt, dass man nach China zurücksenden soll für viel Porto, teurer als das Gerät selbst. Dieses billige Gerät kann nie funktionieren und hat es auch nie, dafür wurde mir ein Abo abgebucht, dass ich überhaupt nicht abgeschlossen habe, im Gegenteil schriftlich dagegen vorgegangen bin. Seit zwei Monaten schreibe ich mit dieser Firma und ständig andere Ausreden. Sie haben mir 40 % Rückzahlung angeboten, die ich angenommen habe, aber als ich nachgefragt habe, wo das Geld ist, wurde mir gesagt, ich hätte nicht fristgemäß mich gemeldet. Dies habe ich aber schriftlich, dass ich fristgemäß und zwar sofort nach dem Angebot zugesagt habe. Diese Firma besteht nur aus Lug und Betrug. Last Finger davon! Die größte Schweinerei, die ich je erlebt habe.

When I received confirmation of my order for 1 x smart TV plus £3.99 secure delivery there was an additional £39.99 added to the total. Immediately rang Barclaycard to cancel the transaction. The additional £39.99 was for a subscription..! As the funds are pending I should get my money refunded. Total scam. NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

That will teach me to read the reviews before buying, the product failed within a couple of weeks and little or no comms coming back. How are these allowed to still trade given the amount of bad reviews!!!!

Give this lot a miss if you don't want to be done out of your hard earned money, i have made on order 2 days ago and then the tell me they lost my address, so no refund and no items.

This company is a total scam. It should really not be allowed to be available on any platform. Very bad experience with purchase. Product totally corrupted and return policy is a sham. The respective authorities must look into this operating and remove them permanently.

Et bien depuis deux ans j'attends toujours mes 3 appareils sois disant inventé par un suisse qui m'aurait permis de capter toutes les chaînes , j'ai payé , j'ai la facture avec livraison protégée et depuis tout ce temps , je n'ai jamais reçu la marchandise , et jamais de remboursement , avec leur décompte encore 10 minutes ne avant la fin de la promotion qui dure des mois en faite !!!!!!

The reply is very prompt from Alice, support manager, as stated from the email.
However, the problem starts when returning the item. To date, no refund.
Native Discount insist "Native Discount, +44 7488 863584". They did not want to give their China warehouse person name and contact details as requested by one of the biggest forwarder in China to create the tracking number. I have never encountered any legit warehouse in China that cannot give a local person name and local contact number for forwarder to contact in China.
Very highly, NativeDiscount never want to collect back nor refund after payment is made. This is just a waste of time to reply and pay the shipment to return to China.
Hoping the China authority can help to "get rid" of this "bad apples". Native Discount warehouse is stated below in English and google translated in Chinese (as requested by our forwarder in China)

I purchased a "smart tv" that came with the wrong instruction book. Multiple emails back and forth asking a simple question. I was constantly asked to be patient. I was. The final indignity came from my last email to them. In the reply I was told they couldn't help "because the deadline has passed".

total scam ! item twice never arrived , third replacement did not work , paid for 3 years maintain ance would not replace none working control so could not use item . They said 30 days has passed so cannot replace , but it was not due to not receiving working unit

It was sent to me from Mississauga, Ontario, so why not return it there? I purchased it from shopifyemail.com Now I'm finding that was a big mistake. Plus I never received a recite so I don't even know how much I'm being charged for? Is it in Canadian or US Funds?
