Outbound lgw to tunis no veg meals. So in Tunis i went to tunisair offices. Ordered veg meal. Recieved confirmation. At checkin it was confirmed again. Boarding card also had veg meal written on it.
Onboard NO VEG MEAL. SENIOR CABIN CREW SAID THEY ALL LIED. Special meals were cancelled a long time ago!!!

J'ai déjà pris une dizaine de vols avec Tunisair et je n'ai jamais eu une bonne expérience. Ils sont tout le temps en retard, j'ai eu jusqu'à 8h de retard sans aucune explication et aucune indemnisation. Leur service client est inexistant: impossible de les avoir au téléphone et le peu de fois où vous allez y arriver sachez qu'ils seront désagréables et vous raccrocheront au nez sans hésiter ! Aussi, les avions sont extrêmement sales. J'ai beaucoup voyagé (une dizaine de compagnies aériennes) et c'est de loin la pire que j'ai vu, vous aurez bien pire que RyanAir pour 4 voire 5 fois le prix! En fonction de votre ville de départ, je vous recommande d’opter pour un vol direct avec une autre compagnie que Tunisair, si cette option est disponible.

C’est une compagnie poubelle je n’ai jamais rien vu de tel en fait d’insalubrité. Siège sale et déchirer écrans à moitié arraché et non fonctionnel toilette d’une malpropreté innommable personnel raciste envers les non tunisiens surtout envers les femmes en faites ils nous ignorent complètement et sont condescendant, sont non professionnels ils ne font rien de tout le vol à part servir les plateaux au départ et à l’arrivée si nous avons soif nous devons aller nous servir nous mêmes ils ne se lèvent pas de tout le vol. Ni thé café ou boisson chaude servi ils n’ont ont dit que le système de boisson chaude était en panne je ne comprend même pas que cette compagnie soit autorisé à voler je leur donne la note de 00000

Ich kann nichts Schlechtes über die Airline berichten. Bei uns hat alles gepasst. Wir sind sogar 15min früher gestartet.
Es gab auf Mittelstrecke ein ausreichendes Essen und Getränke, die Flugbegleiter waren freundlich…

Voyage extrêmement décevant. J’avais payé un billet en business, mais je me suis retrouvé assis en classe économique. En plus, le vol Tunis–Paris a subi 5 heures de retard avec deux avions mobilisés au lieu d’un seul. Une organisation catastrophique ! Plus jamais je ne voyagerai avec Tunisair.

Nous avons eu un problème de valise, elle n'est jamais arrivée en Tunisie. Donc nous avons dû acheter tout le nécessaire qui nous manquait et bien sûr à notre retour nous avons fait une déclaration sur leur site qui a été classé sans suite juste un mail disant désolé nous ferons le nécessaire pour que cela ne se reproduise pas... la blague aucun dédommagement et service client téléphonique très désagréable.

My wife and I booked 3 flights from Tunis to Tozeur, then they moved the flight times more than 3 hours later into the evening which meant we would have arrived in Tozeur after midnight which was unacceptable to us as we would have my elderly mother-in-law with us. After talking to a Tunisair customer service agent in London we cancelled and requested a refund through the email address we was given by the agent, this was 3 months ago and still have had no reply. Also on the same trip we booked a Tunisair flight from Tunis to Malta so we could spend our last 3 nights there and they changed the flight dates to the next day reducing our trip to 2 nights. In the 30 years I have been travelling I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of respect for there customers.

We flew GVA-TUN and return, in business class, with our 2-month old baby. The flights were 30-55 min late, which we believe is acceptable. The seats were OK for a short haul flight, the food was poor to below average but the personnel was quite friendly! For the return the boarding was very chaotic with no priority system which we found unacceptable. We had to force through everyone with our baby. Tunis Airport is a nightmare from start to finish but that’s not really Tunisair’s fault.
Overall quite poor experience, and we would not take this company if there were other choices for these routes (Nouvelair is the same). This time the personnel’s professionalism and friendliness saved the day.

Wir sind mit Tunisair in den Urlaub geflogen und kann nur Positives berichten. Der Flug war pünktlich, das Personal freundlich, der Flug selbst trotz schlechtem Wetter in Deutschland bei der Landung nicht holprig und wir haben zu unserer Überraschung sogar kostenlos Getränke und ein Essen bekommen und das bei einem Flug von nur 2,5 Stunden.

Awful experience. Flight delayed for 5,5 hours. None from company representatives in airport was able to provide any kind of assistance. No meal, no drinks offered, no one did bother to arrange any meal vouchers. Compensation claim on their web-page remains unanswered for more than 3 month. Total ignorance, absolute nightmare.

A LA HORA DE HACER LA RECLAMACIÓN INSUFRIBLE LLEVAMOS 10 MESES RECLAMÁNDOLO NOS HAN DADO UNA CANTIDAD RIDÍCULA DE MALAS FORMAS SIN CONTESTARNOS A LOS CORREOS SEGUIREMOS LUCHANDO PORQUE NOS DEN LO ESTABLECIDO POR LEY EN DEFINITIVA NOS FASTIDIERON LAS VACACIONES ES UNA PENA NO PODER IR A TÚNEZ POR LA COMPAÑÍA AÉREA

à l'aller au départ de Marseille 3H de retard sans que l'on sache vraiment à quelle heure nous allons partir ... au retour 13 h de retard avec des reports toutes les 2 heures ..départ prévu à 13h ...finalement départ pris à 2h20 le lendemain matin ... en un mot fuir cette compagnie qui ne respect pas ses passagers...plis jamais avec Tunis Air

Tunisair, land personnel, A DISGRACE, except the nice lady on service, this morning, in Djerba, at the main company balcon, a gentleman this morning and a super nice young girl at the boarding área, at 12.30h. The old man at the company balcon, rude, not attentious, completely shitting himself for clients.
A company, in 2025, not having digital services (Booking, check on, contact, etc) os totally weird
Checking boarding passes manually, other weeeird thing.
After you pass all this, once you get on the plane, all gets pretty normal/ good. Nice seats, space, personnel, food... Just the cleaning aspect needs attention.
The flight was on time and very smooth.

had a very disappointing experience at Tunis–Carthage Airport. My ticket clearly stated that I could bring an 8kg cabin bag, but just before boarding the crew suddenly told me I couldn’t take it with me on the plane. They took the bag away at the gate, and when I got back to my hotel, I discovered that some of my personal belongings were missing, including important medicine.

This was extremely stressful and unacceptable. Medicines are essential and should never be tampered with. The lack of clear communication about luggage rules, combined with the missing items from my bag, made this a very unpleasant experience. I strongly hope the airport and airline improve their procedures, as passengers deserve to feel safe and respected when traveling.

pranzo servito a bordo ,compreso,di varietà mediterranea.
nel complesso buona esperienza.

ne jamais prendre cette compagnie. ils ns a largués à l'aéroport en salle d'embarquement pendant 22h pour une panne sur l'avion, ni ils ns ont affrété un autre avion ni hotel, à peine quelques bons à utiliser pour les repas dans l'aéroport!!! cette compagnie est une honte pour la Tunisie.

The plane was very dirty, had to ask for blankets for the seats.
The carpets, trays was all dirty, and also not hoovered.

Meal was provided from London to tunis. Very poor quality chicken and couscous.
