Ordered my third phone from ttfone (tt760). Large buttons and screen to replace my old phone which is 2g/3g with a 2/3/4g one. I don't need data because I don't need internet on a telephone just text and calls. Good service, help and advice from Ttfone by phone or email and free prompt delivery within 2 days.

Cute little phone for my 10yrs old... Basically to make and receive calls as well as text messages.... Not exposed to social media

Great customer service via the chat function, answered all my questions about the phone and returns process in case this was needed. I am very happy with the TT970 phone as a way to reduce smartphone usage and ‘doom scrolling’ (I now use my iPhone for work purposes only and it goes in the drawer when I’m not working). It’s a nice feeling having a flip phone again - takes me back to 2003 and simpler times! I’ve been using the phone for a couple of weeks now. The simplified Android system works well (just don’t add any custom words to the dictionary as it crashes!). A couple of added features would make it perfect: (1) I wish the text message function would actually say who my messages are from instead of ‘system message’ and having to open it to see who the sender is. WhatsApp shows who the sender is on the screen alert so I’m not sure why text messages don’t. (2) I wish the predictive text function was a bit more intuitive like the old T9 system, as there’s no prediction for words with apostrophes (don’t, won’t etc) so having to manually type these out every time is very slow! (3) It would be nice if the external screen showed who the message or missed call is from as well, instead of just being a clock and a lit up green message icon. Overall, great service and a nice little phone which is perfect for anyone wanting a digital detox, even more so if it had those added features :)

A smashing little phone, simple to use, just what I needed as an older person, to make calls and send texts. The larger buttons make it easy to use, especially as I suffer from essential tremor. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, with a phone number given for customer service. Excellent!
