Service was brilliant
Service was brilliant, dispatched the same day and arrived within 48 hours, customer service was great, you can talk to someone on the phone and text real people not AI or robots. Bought the phone for my dad, very easy to set up and use, only had it a few days and he's happy with it so far

A “I told you so” scenario
Indifferent.
Phone appears good, yet to fully use. Do like some of the perceived functionality. Hope this lives up to expectations where their customer service lets them down.
Customer service patronising. I said I didn’t have the right cable for the charging base. They insisted I did. Tt fone provided phone which charges using micro usb and base which charges using usbc cable.
I wasn’t supplied the usbc cable.
It was confusing and not as per their instructions.
They claim I’ve been given the updated base. Why they have chosen to use a different cable to the phone is baffling. This is going to cause confusion.
I have posted two reviews on their website and surprisingly neither have appeared. Selective marketing.
Ubsc cable in the post. Great something else for my mother to loose.

I really like the TTfone Lunar TT750
I really like the TTfone Lunar TT750. I can listen to my best FM Radio Station, custom any of the 132 photo files on my 8GB MicroSD card to set as wallpaper, and listen to a number of records I have on the card.
Unfortunately I cannot open the picture files I transferred from the Internet to my card - I don't know why, there is enough space on the card. I hope the phone has the capacity to run videos as the function seems available but I have not tried to get that to start just yet.
Overall, I like my phone so far.

Regarding the issue with opening picture files, we’d be happy to assist you with that. It might be a format compatibility issue or something else. And same applies to videos, the phone does have the capability to run them in mp4 file when saved on the micro SD memory card (TT750 is compatible upto 16GB micro SD memory).

Good for people with nimble fingers
Could not get on with tiny keyboard. Otherwise this is a decent phone which does most stuff I need.
