Don’t bother
I’m not sure this is a real company. Took my order and no updates or messages for two months. I received a ton of marketing emails to order now and everything on sale and whatever… meanwhile they kept telling me products were out of stock with no estimated restock date. At least they refunded me quickly. Super disappointing, I was looking forward to trying the product but it seems like a scam.
Edit, company reply: I have not placed any new orders. The main product they sell has been sold out for months apparently, and it was holding up the rest of the order. I cancelled and will say at least their service team was excellent. However, I get emails all the time to buy that product on sale, despite it not being in stock.

For oral health Snow products are best
Recently, I asked for customer service assistance with a problem. They were responsive and helpful and solved my problem immediately. I am happy because I really like Snow Teeth Whitening products. My LED Whitening Electric Toothbrush (Gen 2) is the best electric toothbrush I have used in 20 years. I appreciate the difference it makes in my oral health; and I am 73 years old. I especially like their Microbiome Balancing Mouthwash. I can tell the difference when I use it. My gums are healthier. The Whitening Toothpaste is good, too.

Missing order
I like the products I’ve tried, but I ordered almost 2 months ago and still don’t have it. They said the powder would be refunded due to being out of stock but was not, and I never received the rest of the order. There was no other communication until I reached out. They asked for 2-3 more weeks in what seemed like a form email but the website doesn’t have anything in my order marked as sold out. Even more interestingly they tried to autoship me more powder when I didn’t receive the first. How are you gonna do that if it’s sold out? I wish there was more transparency in the emails from support, because none of this is making sense.

Misleading!
Misleading!! The ad on instagram said nothing about using the LED light. I bought from the link which was ONLY the whitening wand and I see on the directions now that I received it that I need the LED light too....

Very Misleading, Poor Customer Experience and Service
Ordered on February 12th due to "fast shipping" claims and the implications id receive my product in some sort of reasonable time frame.
Reached out to support weeks ago, which went unanswered. After tons and tons of clicking around on the site, I finally figured out how to initiate a chat - which is not live.
Someone got back to me stating I pre-ordered the product, although there was absolutely zero indication of this. Misleading.
Then told that the 60 day guarantee is based on the order date, so I better be diligent if I'd like to cancel.
I was offered an alternative product. This whole ordeal is disappointing and I feel severely misled and spent way more than I truly wanted to on this product. I would avoid if they can't be transparent or reasonable. There's no reason why the site STILL does not state the product is not available and allows you to order it with the falsity of "fast shipping".
It's been a month and I just found out 4 days ago I "pre ordered" a product that was seemingly available upon order....

Research on Multiple Trusted Review Sites!
I ordered going off of Trustpilot’s overall great reviews of the company since I have been burnt in the past. I ordered on February 18th, for two day shipping. Never received. I emailed through the site, through a direct email that I got from this site, and called their customer service. No one on their CS line has called me back. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will also be disputing the rest of the payment since I did an installment plan. Do NOT order from here. Now I learned a second valuable lesson; research company reviews on multiple trusted review sites!
