Tryherbavita

The drops eventually worked, but waiting nearly three weeks for them to arrive was frustrating. Once I had them, I noticed calmer digestion, so the product itself is solid. Still, the long wait left a bad taste. Not sure if I’ll reorder unless shipping improves.

FAKE SOURSOP. AND FAKE reviews stating that they were able to 'cancel' their subscription. There is no way to cancel the subscription for this bogus product. You have to call your credit card company and cancel your card and file a dispute to block any further purchases. This company is impersonating a real company in Belgium called Herbavita that sells supplements for farm animals. This fake US company 'tryherbavita' ships fake supplement bottles filled with water rather than the actual 'soursop' supplement advertised. They also list 'propelled group llc' as their company name in an effort to impersonate 'propelled brands'. If you call their phone number, it just hangs up on you. They create a subscription that cannot be cancelled or 'managed' per their bogus instructions.
UPDATE: I got an email response from the company in regard to canceling the subscription. However, they did not cancel until I sent a 2nd email 'confirmation' of cancellation. Be very careful!

I placed my first order today and noticed I was set up on a subscription automatically. Since I ordered through my ShopPay account, I logged into my account and was able to cancel subscription immediately. Still waiting for my first order to arrive and will update review again after I try it.

This is a scam by all indications though i fell for it. I have reported them to my bank for a refund. The only way to deal with the company is for everyone to report them. In that way, Banks wont even allow them to debit your account. Everyone who has bought the fake liquid should report.

The company is a scam — they are not based in America but in China. They are selling out po*son, and once you buy the product even just once, they automatically subscribe you and keep sending you more po*son while claiming they won’t refund you. Have you ever seen a good company not refund? Every genuine company would, but not this one. It’s time to report their website until it’s completely closed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

This was one of the most disappointing products I have ever purchased. My mother is currently battling cancer, and as a survivor myself, we truly believed this would help support our daily supplement needs. Unfortunately, it did the exact opposite.

The ingredients were not at all what the company claimed — the product was literally just water. This is not only dishonest but dangerous when people who are fighting for their health put their trust in something that promises support and relief.

I would strongly caution anyone, especially those dealing with serious health conditions, to stay far away from this product. What they’re selling is false hope in a bottle.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Ay one-time purchase is automatically turned into a rolling monthly subscription. You then have to send an email to support to cancel your membership and nobody gets back to you. Avoid at all costs!!!

Having a dose of the soursop drops in the morning has replaced my usual coffee. It gets my digestion moving without upsetting my stomach. The taste is earthy, but it grew on me after a week. Now it feels like part of a healthier routine, and I miss it if I skip a day.

I ordered one order in July. I did not subscribe. Come August. I got another order. I told them I did not subscribe to this to. Please refund my money and to take me off the subscription. They replied and said they did. They said some bull crap like can we just bill you because of our inventory it would be easier and next month you won't receive any. Never heard of such. B*******. Come September. Now I'm getting charged for another bottle that I haven't received yet but I will receive it, so they never canceled my subscription that I never signed up for. The phone just rings four times and then hangs up, they respond to emails but they don't do what they say. They are crap. I am reporting them. If anybody has any better ideas of what to do to get out of this freaking nightmare, please let me know. Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. It is not legit. They're taking 40 bucks a month of your money and sending you fake crap product. I never write reviews. I think it's a joke. I don't think it's worth your time, but this time I am because they are taking my money since June or July and we're into September now and I never signed up for the subscription.

Bad! I never received my order they keep saying it is out for delivery wait 5 to 7 days. This is since August 29th. They just took another order out of my bank. I can’t seem to be able to talk to a person. I am calling my bank to freeze any more orders. I want my money to be returned. I wouldn’t order anything from this company, Herbavita…..

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do NOT do business with this company. Before my purchase, I checked to make sure there was a phone number and a US address, which at first I thought would be a good indicator of a legitimate business... Wrong, no way to cancel subscription, phone number goes to some medical supply company, and emails are just responded to with "cut and paste" responses...

As the others who reported this, it is a scam company. I cannot get a hold of them. they are charging me as if I had a subscription which I did not sigh up for. you cannot get hold of them. the phone number rings and hangs up. messages are not returned. I had to change my account number. I am sure the good reviews are fake.

this company is fraudulent and will not return money OR CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, i bought product on august 8th order # 15614
i cancel on the september 8th they shipped out september 9th
i now honestly believe this product is a scam, i think i saw it on tiktok, call the police, address is they have TWO business addresses plaza with no specific suit number
Physical address: 312 West 2nd Street, Casper WY 82601, United States
and this one 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958
google earth both of them

Do not listen to the fake reviews this company is obviously posting here. This company keeps trying to charge our credit card after we made one purchase for trial purposes. We have since had to have the charges reversed by our financial institution, as well as have new credit cards sent to us to stop further illegal charges.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

I ordered 3 bottles to trials. I waited about a month for them to arrive and when they arrived, that's when I realised it was probably a scam. The package was in a cheap Chinese envelop like what you would order from Temu. the packaging of the bottles was also cheap plastic as it's all manufactured in China. As a result I started looking online about this company and turns out many people say it's a scam and they're selling water in bottles and branding it with false advertisements.

I requested to return the bottles for a full refund as I haven't opened them. Customer service replied back asking to see the condition of the product as I received it while also trying to convince me not to return it by offering 20% money back, like Chinese sellers normally do on the internet. I demanded to process a return request with a full refund, added a photo of the product in its original packaging and the customer service have ignored me ever since

Company will NOT refund your money as per policy. Number associated with 'business' does not work.
Complete scam!
Product comes from China.
BBB indicates that company does not maintain a permanent physical address.
Buyer beware!

This is a corrupt fraudulent company. Do not do business with them. I thought I was buying from an American company. I bought a buy one get one free Herbavita brand Soursop, Sea moss, Moringa, Oregano, Tumeric and Black Seed Oil tincture. It said fast shipping. Came from China and took a month and was not even the same stuff I ordered. I received one bottle of GooGear soursop. Went into the trash. Thanks for stealing my $40. You can't trust nothing anymore. Shameful.
I will never buy one more thing from this company.

This company is a complete scam. The product does not work and I had a severe reaction to it. After multiple attempts of cancelling they still continue to take £21 from my bank account. Avoid at all costs

Scam company selling rebranded items for gross profit. Also Scam company as it automatically puts you on a subscription model which you can't remove. Had to cancel Credit Card and even then through an arrangement with MasterCard they're allowed to put a 'token' on your card so if you change cards it will follow over onto new card.
