I have cancelled twice and they continue to charge my card . When I stop I mean stop .the latest charge was this morning STOP ,STOP AND STOP

Product didn't work and despite the website clearly stating they will issue immediate refunds, customer service gave me the runaround and totally ignored my request for a refund when I contacted them multiple times.

I purchased once and they sent a second order. I have tried to call and the number doesn't work. They charged my card and refuse to refund the money. I was finally able to cancel the unauthorized subscription and they still tried to charge my card again after I received an email that the account was cancelled. One top of these issues, the product doesn't work. Why would I purchase a second time or a third time? This is a scam.

I subscribed and received 2 deliveries, but in November I cancelled my subscription & received an email confirming my cancellation. The week of December 21st I received emails stating my payment was confirmed and my product was on the way..what?
this subscription is cancelled…Fast forward, after several email exchanges as to why I’m being charged & product has shipped out, I’m told (Bella) informs me that they cant reverse the charge? Even though I have a confirmation email from you that my subscription has been cancelled prior to be charged & subsequently sending out product..nothing can be done?? I don’t no how legit this company is, but the way they handled an error on their partleaves me to think, maybe not. At the very least, it’s tacky and unprofessional. Buyers beware

Do not try this company. It is impossible to cancel and they continued charging me despite telling them for weeks to cancel. The directions on the website to cancel take you in circles and when i emailed them, they tried to convince me to not cancel yet, then kept sending me products and charging me. Do not ever trust them. Im working through my credit card to get a refund now.

Drops are full of sugar which is not mentioned in ingredients which is already a scam
They won’t let you even try the product but charging already fir the next bottle and not refunding money

Nightmare company. Ordered from an ad on FB and would NEVER have ordered a subscription without even trying the product. I hadn't even tried it yet when another arrived and another charge on my credit card! I emailed them immediately and it's been more of a nightmare. Called them and no answer... no way to leave a message. Researched them and upset with myself for not doing that FIRST before ordering. I never would have ordered. The emails back and forth have been a joke... talk about "ignoring" what I was telling them and just giving me a word salad back. Total scam company in my opinion. I opened a merchant dispute with my cc company and they put a merchant "block" so I cannot be charged anymore from that company. I for sure do not feel comfortable 'ingesting anything from this company.

Nevermind looking up the quality of the product- it’s shit. What’s worse? The company scams people by signing them up on subscriptions and even after cancellation will not refund any charges made to your credit cards. Don’t buy it!

You buy the initial first one which they say is buy one get one free. You don’t, you pay for both. Then they keep sending you them every month without your consent and keep taking money out your account. I have e-mail them 4 times with no reply. I’m now going to have to cancel my card with my bank to prevent anymore payments coming out.

As I have seen there reply to other reviews of them denying that it’s isn’t there company when it obviously is. Stay well away from this company and do not order one item!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY AS THEY NEVER ANSWER MY SEVERAL EMAILS REQUESTING THEIR ADDRESS SO I CAN RETURN & RECEIVE MY REFUND!!

If I could give them no stars I would. Fake sweet liquid drops with zero flavour. Could be green food dye with sugar for all I care. Also subscribe people and send them bottles. Firstly they did absolutely nothing to my body and secondly I had to inform my bank to stop these people.
Anyone who is giving them 5 star reviews are most probably employees from the company or friends.
I will have these so called herbavita drops investigated because you are a real dummy like Inwas if you believe all those ingredients are actually in it!

It did not help me, and they had the nerve to send me another bottle and charge my account $30, I did not request a second bottle, there is no address, no phone to contact them, and if I'm send another bottle I will return it, and contact the better business bureau, no one like to scammed.

Disgraceful, fraudulent company impersonating the genuine Herbavita (the real company only make agricultural products and nothing for human consumption). They take your order and turn it into a subscription without your knowledge, when challenged they let you know that they’re not a scam company and answer no other questions!!! I asked for a refund, as they stated on their website would be fine, but they completely ignored this as it would interfere with the scam, and continued the process of confirming and sending the second order, basically just stealing money. There’s no way what they are sending is what they say it is I don’t usually fall for these kind of things, so really annoyed with myself that I didn’t see it before it was too late. I hope others managed to keep themselves safe and get to read this before they make a mistake of placing an order. BIG SCAM!!!

Do not trust this company! I had barely received my 1st order when I got notification that my cc was charged for another order. I immediately reached out to cancel and they told me it was too late but once it’s delivered, I could request a refund. “Bella” in customer service has given me a run around for almost a month, changing her story each time. I don’t see any benefit from the product (Sourdop). They do NOT honor their 60 day money back guarantee. Beware- don’t but-scam!!!

Customer service was slow to respond about my delayed liquid drops order. The drops help now, but the process stressed me out.

Herbavita is a scam. I saw their adds everyday on social media and I was sick so I decided to order. The shipment came from china not US, and when I contacted their customer support, they told me to wait till i get it and after that they will help me with the return process and refund. I emailed them 10 times after and they never respond back. Don’t buy from them.

It is a scam! If I had read any of the reviews, I wouldn’t have bought it! Last month, I ordered a bottle for trial but after reading the reviews I have not opened the bottle. Last Sunday 19th October, I received a confirmation email of an order and another email for shipping! I was livid! I emailed the crooks to protest. I received a response from Bella stating I signed up for a subscription order when I placed my first order. She suggested I could email my cancellation request. After reading all these horrible reviews I believe that is their modus operandi to scam people. I have already reported the transaction to my bank and have cancelled my CC. This is shameful.
