I tried canceling my subscription but they keep charging me over and over again.

Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam. I only ordered one item and they put me on a monthly auto subscription. “Bella” has responded to the support emails, and even replied it was canceled but I was still charged the next time. Also that next shipment was not packed properly with both ends of the product not covered by the shipping envelope. It comes from China, not from the address of Wyoming that is on the contact information section of their website. Bella has not responded to my request for a shipping label to return the items which I did not order (and the one that was not packaged properly). I had to call my bank to put a block on this vendor and get a refund by reporting this business as a scam, due to their deceptive sales practices.

Placed order 12/25/25. Product states ‘made in USA’. Shipping took a while. Came from CHINA?!? Also I refuse to order from companies that auto-ship. I saw no where in the ad. during or after I placed order saying they would ship monthly. I received another charge & shipment 1 month later. I contacted them to return (I had ordered 4 bottles originally and hadn’t even tried them yet) I reached out 3 times by email to cancel future auto ship and for return instructions on 2nd shipment. They just kept answering email wanting ‘more info’. I will not order from them again and do not recommend them. They did cancel auto ship but I got no return information or refund. If a company has to scam you into future shipments I’m assuming their product isn’t as good as their claims.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Not only did the product not work, but they are scammers and automatically sign you up for a subscription for a 3-month supply shipped every month! When you dispute this, they claim you signed up for a subscription (when you didn't), and they won't cancel upcoming orders or let you return it. They don't honor their 60-day warranty. They are slow to ship and count those days toward the 60 day waranty. And they refuse to respond to your emails. Terrible customer service!

Would never order from this company again. I paid for buy one get one free. This deal was for Black Friday, took forever to arrive, and when I received the package, it was only one bottle. I have tried several times by email and was promised another bottle would be sent I'm still waiting... Not sure if the drops actually work, can't say I feel any different.

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!! Products do nothing! No benefit just loss of money. They make you jump through hoops to cancel!

Horrible scam ‘company’. Fraudulently signed me up for a recurring subscription when I only ordered one bottle. No way to cancel on website and after responding to a email demanding cancellation they still tried to charge my new credit card (I had to cancel due to fraud). Product is useless green sugar water shipped straight from China not US. One of the worst experiences I have even had with trying a supplement company. Would give 0 stars if I could, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am back to write another review on the customer service of this scam company. Please do not buy from this company and DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Their website promises that you can return the product within 60 days in the original packaging. I have been offered 20% of the purchase price, then 30% of the purchase price and I have declined each stating that I will pay the shipping costs if they will just send the return label. BELLA has now gone ghost and is refusing to respond or to send the return label. The phone continues to go unanswered.

There’s something refreshing about the liquid drops because it doesn’t feel fake or processed. The taste is strong but natural, and my gut has been calmer since taking it. I don’t get that mid-day heaviness anymore. It’s simple, but it’s working for me.

The soursop drops have a strong flavor, but the benefits make it easy to overlook. My gut hasn’t felt this balanced in a long time. Even on days I eat heavier foods, I stay comfortable. That’s a big improvement for me.

Adding honey to the liquid drops makes it perfect for me. It even seems to help during my cycle, which was a surprise benefit. My cramps are less intense and I feel more balanced overall. I didn’t expect that, but I’ll take it.

I was nervous about trying drops, but the soursop formula has been surprisingly gentle. My stomach hasn’t acted up since I started, and I don’t get the same uncomfortable heaviness. It feels like my meals process easier. Honestly, it’s been a relief.

This stuff seems like nothing more than sugar water. If you believe it is any more than that you're better off buying it on one of those Chinese vendors(beginning with T or A)for $3-4/bottle-same exact labeling. Even though it states you will get a refund same day within 60 days if you're not happy no questions asked, it's not true. I had to reverse the charge to my credit card as they didn't honor their guarantee. Says it is lab tested but there is nowhere verifying this at all.(Would really like to see someone test it.) Also love the way they pick out only the 4.8/5star TrustPilot reviews by saying out of 532 of them. As if stealing a brand name weren't enough.

My mornings flow so much smoother with the extract. Coffee left me jittery and edgy, but this gives me steady energy without the crash. I feel more awake and focused at work. It’s been a solid replacement I didn’t know I needed.

These stupid people are real thieves. Please do not authorise your payment for they will start taking your money every month as subscriptions for their own gain. I’ve reported this matter. Their product is fake as well please do not consume their product please!!!!

Got an unauthorized charge on my account. Tried reaching out to this company via phone and email. This is the following response I received:

Bunch of scammers!

I did NOT sign for subscription. You use deceptive practices to procure subscription fees then persist in trying to take the money despite being notified.
Well…. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET THE MONEY AND YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED SO LEAVE MY ACCOUNT ALONE. It is embarrassing how you keep tapping me for money. MOVE ON! Never known anything like it!! Anyone checking here, believe THIS review. The others look dodgy.

No replies to email or contact us form submissions. Nada. Zip. Their phone number just rings and eventually hangs up.

Update as of 2/11/26:
Still no response to my request for a refund for $180 and no way to contact them other than email. What's maddening is I keep getting marketing emails, but no customer service response after I initially complained about the plastic bottles in November. I have reported them to the FTC.

I ordered a quantity of 5 bottles in November, Buy 2, Get 3 free. This is apparently the new method of pricing which I now believe is an MO for scammers. I was looking for an organic soursop supplement and decided to order it directly from Herbavita (may be a fake name since another company selling animal supplements has this name, not sure.) I received the 5 bottles, in plastic not glass like other supplement makers, complained about the plastic and was told it made product lighter for shipping. It was Christmas time and I was going out of town so just started taking the supplement knowing it can take weeks for effect. I overlooked that the first shipment came from China as I was receiving many packages ahead of the holiday.
While I was gone, another of the exact same quantity shipped and was charged to my debit card. I emailed immediately while traveling and said I did not order it. They said I subscribed during the order process. I found my account on their site and could find no subscription info and no way to cancel it. So I deleted my card from "shop", which I will also never use again, and proceeded to request a refund because not only was the supplement unhelpful, but I developed a daily eye twitch, which was unusual, and which has subsequently stopped after a couple of weeks of stopping the supplement. No idea if the two are related, but... The main thing that reaIly floored me was that it was supposedly made in the USA, yet shipped directly to me from China.I tried calling but the phone rings several times, then hangs up. I have emaiiled several times, no reply. I have formally requested a refund for all 10 bottles within the 60 days. No reply. I finally reported this to the FTC.

Scam scam scam

I ordered over four months ago and still haven't received my order. I requested a refund and haven't gotten a response. I ordered for my sister thats going through treatment to help her with being sick after treatment. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED.
