Sorry to read your review this morning. I can see that your order was placed on 9th October and dispatched on 10th October, however we had some issues with our courier on this date. We sent an email to all customers who were affected by this explaining what had happened. The service was awful
The service was awful.
My son’s school trousers were ordered with an expected date in August. Then got an email to say they would be delayed. The other date came and went with no contact until I emailed to find out was the problem and was then told there was further delay.

Having said that, we are truly sorry for the delay in delivery, which is not our usual standard.

Slow delivery
I ordered school trousers in July and never received them till the 30th of September. Unfortunately when i did recieve them they were far too small so I have sent them back and hope my refund is speedier than delivery.
