Trusted Jersey Anmeldelser

Ordered a jersey got no response no confirmation email back. I tried msging them MANY times on WhatsApp & Instagram, Zero response. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I have no idea where my jersey is. This is very disturbing.

I ordered on May 30th and today is June 12nd. There is still no updates on delivery, I dont even know if my order got shipped or not, support number doesnt answer the messages. Order No:MQX79264

Edit ; jerseys arrived 40 days after ordering but the way they handle the customer service is the worst.

Fake shit..
I’ve been waiting for 40 days nothing arrived!!! I can’t even login into my account or track my order!!!! Customer service is 0

I was doubting the website at first because of some of the reviews but I still decided to purchase a jersey. It took about a month for the jersey to arrive and it came pretty good. There are a few stitching issues but it’s not noticeable. Overall I could see myself buying from this website again.

They mislead with the prices even when it says AUD they charge in USD and charged me 40 bucks + foreign exchange fee the bank charged me instead of the 27 i was supposed to pay. That is not even that big of an issue but they have no customer service and all my texts are being ghosted even they are posting regularly on Instagram. i was expecting a confirmation email but that never came either and now i have no tracking or confirmation for my order even though i put down my email in the order

Absolutely joke of a company.

Ordered a shirt A MONTH AGO, and it still ain't here.

I could have swam from China to the UK in the time its took these jokers to post on shirt.

DO NOT USE THEM.

La livraison fut longue mais le service clientèle et la qualité fut incroyable
Surtout l’aide (sur le bouton whattsapp en bas) il m’a beaucoup aidé

Terrible customer service. I ordered two jerseys, and one arrived damaged with a burn mark. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept ignoring my explanation and insisting I clean it, even after I clearly stated it was not dirt but actual damage.

After multiple follow-ups and sending photo evidence, they offered me a $5 coupon instead of replacing or refunding the damaged item. When I refused, they asked irrelevant questions like whether the package was damaged, completely disregarding my previous messages.

It has been over a week, and I’m still going in circles with no resolution. Avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk receiving a defective product with no real support. I'll be filing a chargeback.

Scam Alert – Avoid Trust Jersey at All Costs!

I placed an order with Joyfball three months ago for 3 football jerseys, After a long wait, I only received one jersey which was extremely substandard and cheap. And on top of it I never had any online receipt of my order. Upon asking them for a receipt they said we don't have it. And I was just being patient this whole time. and the company failed to inform me that the rest were out of stock. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they refused to refund me.

After insisting on my refund, they blocked me from further communication. It’s clear that this company engages in deceptive business practices, as I later found numerous negative reviews from other customers facing similar issues.

If you’re considering buying from Trusted Jersey, DON’T! They are a scam. I strongly urge others to avoid this site and only purchase from reputable retailers. I am now disputing the charge with my bank, but I wanted to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

I ordered three jerseys for $54.14 and it said on the website that it was the final price. Even after checking out, it said that was the final price. However, when I checked my bank, it said I was charged $82. I am very disappointed because I really thought that this was a legit store selling good replicas. This is the first day though so maybe if I can get a refund, I will change my review. I also contacted them so I will let you guys know how that goes. If I do get refunded for my money or for the amount that was overcharged, I will change the review and update it when my jerseys arrive. I really hope this company does refund me because I was hoping to buy many more jerseys in the future, so them giving me back a few dollars and making a lot more sales is a good deal for them.

I order my jerseys 1 month ago. I still have not received them.
Why so long?
I am starting to question my order and will be looking in to it.
Has anyone else had to wait that long to receive order?

Ordered two jerseys, absolutely stunning quality, arrived in 24 days, good tracking

Genuinely great shirts took about 5 weeks but still the response was great when questioned.

online size guide is wrong, received 30+ days after order, worst online scam store. will not accept return for their mistake do not waste your time or money

Jerseys arrived about 1 month after order, one jersey incorrect size 4 sizes too small, one jersey didn't come with the name or number on it as ordered. I emailed them back and they didn't correct the mistake. First wash for the jerseys and the stickers came off.
They have fake reviews on there website and no where to leave a review.

I am still waiting for my jersey 20 days later, emailed and called, no answer, I expect some compensation

I ordered 3 jerseys on 08 January with your site saying they have been shipped. When I try to track order it's not found anywhere. I've contacted customer support with no response. Refund my $95 as it seems you do this quite a lot to your trusting customers

I ordered 4 jerseys 23 days ago to Australia, still no update about my order. I received a tracking link which does not work. I emailed them initially and I was told it will come within 15-20 days, however when 20 days passed I emailed them again and they did not respond. I also sent a message on WhatsApp which they also did not respond to. They took my money and now aren’t replying to any communication.

Edit: I just received my jerseys, they’re of very good quality and material, I’m happy with the shirts. I ordered on 7th of January and I received them on 13th of February, so if you don’t mind waiting over a month, it’s a very nice website to order from.

I’ve ordered 2 jerseys nearly two weeks ago now and haven’t been notified that they have shipped. I reached out to the WhatsApp and the email provided on their website and have not heard anything and it’s been around a week. Seems like a scam. Can’t trust those Instagram ads, just threw $55 down the toilet.

I’ve ordered more than couple of weeks ago. Emailed support about where my shipment is and there’s still no response ( it’s been 4 days). WhatsApp doesn’t really work. This sounds like a scam more and more now.
