Have ordered twice from this store. Shirt quality is excellent. My bank didn't like the transaction and initially freaked out but I approved it as this happened on the second purchase.
Shipping is slow, around 4 - 5 weeks but worth it for the savings in my opinion

Be careful when buying from this group's store; they are dishonest, they don't deliver the product and they don't refund the money.

This company is just as good as bad.
The company actually sells personalized jerseys that feel just like the original jerseys. I bought an Brazil Jersey and a Bayern one and came in like 2 and half months (it delayed more because i tried changing the size of the brazil jersey ) I had a really frustrating time with the customer service because they wouldn’t respond or take days to respond. I also had problems with the site that had bugs on it, but at the end everything was ok.

I was thinking in ordering again, but the site still have some lagss that doesn’t even let me see jerseys. I decide to come to this site to see reviews, and most of the people either had a terrible experience or got scammed.

I feel it’s a very risky decision ordering here, like if it was a gamble. You might loose your money or get scammed, or get 1 great jersey that could be personalized for $20 that in real stores would cost you $100-120. So if your thinking in buying, be careful.

They have the worst service ever. My package was never delivered. I reached out to them and they ask me to reach to post office for refund. This is the worst customer service i have ever received. Never ordering from this site. This site is a scam please be aware of it because you are never going to get any help from customer service if anything gets messed up.

At first was really impressed with the selection and ability to customize the soccer kits for my son. Unfortunately, that changed quickly once I finally received the order. The customizations which I paid for was not fulfilled. The site has a glitch, when it comes to entering into the Custom information and clicking Other. I had several issues trying to get the information entered for over two weeks - but was excited that it finally worked.
In the About Us section on the website they talk about how they will do whatever to help the customer but honestly - I have gotten one word answers about my order when I ask about what can be done to ensure that the correction is made and no resolution.
On top of that my credit card was completely compromised for over $20,000 in charges on it after using it at their store - how do I know it was from their site ? Because it was a new credit card that I just activated - there has been radio silence on that topic from them.

On a Good Note - The other items that I did receive were all good quality (they all have Nike and Adidas official tag on them) but I thought that the numbers would be sublimated and not just heat pressed - the washing instruction actually say not to wash the item (but only after you complete the order). So definitely worried about how the numbers will survive.

Don’t buy from this company. I saw the positive reviews and thought it might be some misunderstanding for those customers that gave negative reviews but they weren’t wrong. If you buy from this website, your account will get hacked like mine did. Stay away. It’s better to pay triple the price for authentic ones than do this. Or go to eBay

I have waited for more than 2 months. Don't ever buy from this place. Fake tracking number. Never delivered.

So, I was also a little nervy about ordering with this company. But I'm happy to say that my experience was seemless and the quality of the products delivered was brilliant.

It's true that customer service is not really present, and I can imagine returning items would be a pain. PayPal just to secure things up would be better. But overall i'm happy with the products I receive.

The worst scam I’ve ever experienced. These criminals stole my money and vanished. I ordered a jersey in FEBRUARY — it’s now almost AUGUST — and I have received absolutely NOTHING. No shipping, no tracking, no response. Just silence.

Their “customer service” is a sick joke. They ghost you completely. I’ve emailed, messaged, begged — not a single reply. This isn’t just bad service. This is straight-up theft.

This site should be shut down and banned from the internet. They are liars, thieves, and cowards hiding behind a fake storefront. If you’re thinking about buying from them, do yourself a favor and BURN your money instead — at least you’ll know where it went.

la maglietta che ho ordinato mi è arrivata oggi ed è in buone condizioni, tuttavia la spedizione è molto lenta e la tracciabilità di essa non è efficiente, se non addirittura non pervenuta.

I responded to the slick video ads and what looked like a professional website. The 15% discount on first orders. Many of the images showed very good quality jerseys. That is where the illusion ends. As soon as you hit the pay button, you are in the dark. There is no email confirmation, and any tracking is buried in their website, hard to find. My two items showed up, neither one as advertised. One jersey had two different colors of green; the sleeves and body did not match. The windbreaker description said "Embroidered shield" and it was an iron-on. I asked how to return because of their 30-day return policy. I was asked to provide them with the same information 3 times. They sent a screen shot of a different company's return policy, saying they did not accept returns because international shipping is expensive. I repeatedly asked them to honor their policy and they would send another irrelevant information request. They never acknowledged the 30-day return policy clearly listed on their site. Their last email said "we cannot do anything about 'custom made' clothing, you can resell." It too three weeks for the shipment to arrive (reasonable) followed by two weeks of stringing me along. The lesson here is to order from so called "Trusted" Jersey at your own risk. Once you pay you are at their mercy and you have no recourse.

Ordered a jersey got no response no confirmation email back. I tried msging them MANY times on WhatsApp & Instagram, Zero response. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I have no idea where my jersey is. This is very disturbing.

I ordered on May 30th and today is June 12nd. There is still no updates on delivery, I dont even know if my order got shipped or not, support number doesnt answer the messages. Order No:MQX79264

Edit ; jerseys arrived 40 days after ordering but the way they handle the customer service is the worst.

I was doubting the website at first because of some of the reviews but I still decided to purchase a jersey. It took about a month for the jersey to arrive and it came pretty good. There are a few stitching issues but it’s not noticeable. Overall I could see myself buying from this website again.

They mislead with the prices even when it says AUD they charge in USD and charged me 40 bucks + foreign exchange fee the bank charged me instead of the 27 i was supposed to pay. That is not even that big of an issue but they have no customer service and all my texts are being ghosted even they are posting regularly on Instagram. i was expecting a confirmation email but that never came either and now i have no tracking or confirmation for my order even though i put down my email in the order
