Great Customer Service!
I had one of my jars of sea moss arrive broken in the package. I reached out to the customer service chat feature online and was able to upload a picture of my broken product. The customer service representative was apologetic, understanding, and put in a replacement jar to be shipped out immediately.

Quick to respond to an issue!
I received one of my items shattered and this company responded within minutes and got my replacement taken care of. That makes me want to do more business with them. The gummies were fantastic. The strawberry watermelon flavor is pretty good. Can't wait to try the blue spirulina and raspberry flavor.

This is my 2nd order and I can tell the difference taking the True Sea Moss. My hips, knees and shoulders don’t hurt like it did. I also noticed I wasn’t having the leg cramps like I was. The only thing is my 2nd shipment another jar was broken during the shipping but thankfully they are replacing it with jot problems. Just send pictures and they replace it.

Great costumer service
I had just started using the sea moss gel and hadn’t even used it a week and I accidentally dropped the jar when I was going to open it. And it shattered ruining all of the product. I contacted the company and they were super easy to contact and talk to. And they got me a new jar sent right away!
