Appearance might be on only benefit to these bowls. Magnetic strength is not as strong as advertised, barely pulls the bowl. Our dog did not take to the puzzle bowl feeder despite having used many other puzzle feeders without issue. Returns are not customer friendly, the cost of both shipping and restocking burden is placed on the consumer resulting in an overall dissatisfying experience.

We love our Trot Pets bowls! This complete bowl set has everything you need for your pup to have a great eating experience. The slow feeding bowl and water bowl are perfect with three sizes to choose from to get the right size for your pet. The elevated stand puts them at just the right height. And the mat catches spills, so there is no mess! Highly recommend!

Everything got delivered quickly and in perfect condition. We love everything we ordered and so does our fur baby :)

Ordered a dog bowl on march 28th, 2025 for $97 dollars. I think this amount of money is for a dog bowl is actually comical, but joke is on me because I paid it. One week later, I reach out to the company because I have heard nothing to ask about tracking info, a week after that (so two weeks after I originally order) they message me to tell me there is an IT coding issue but that they expect to get it resolved shortly. April 22, 2025 (almost four weeks after I ordered) I reach out again to ask what is going on. No solution was offered, just a short tale about how the product I ordered wasn’t even supposed to be active on the website and that they didn’t know how I ordered it to begin with. LOL. I then proceeded to cancel my order. It’s crazy how someone can own a business but simultaneously not care at all about their customers. The website states they have previously had issues with things of this nature (not shipping out product) so I assume it’s just a classic case of people attempting to be business owners who bit off more than they could chew, which is unfortunate because their products appear to be higher quality than a lot of other options currently on the market. Oh well! Bye bye forever Trot pets.

The product is fantastic and was exactly what I was looking for.

The customer service of Trot is atrocious which is unfortunate since the product is beautiful- it just didn’t work for me. I followed the steps to return the unused products, requested a ship label, and then got a series of incredibly unprofessional emails from someone in their customer service department essentially harassing me for trying to return the product that didn’t work for me (was way too small). I’m a business owner and I can’t imagine speaking to customers in the way that trot speaks to its people. It must be the culture at the company because everyone that I’ve interacted with there, is the same. It took A full month for me to get a refund after I returned the product using the shipping label that they sent me! Run, don’t walk, away from this company

Delivery was quick and my pup loves his new slow feeder and water bowl. I love it because he can’t knock them over!!

Not all the items were sent to me and customer service responded once without any action to remedy the issue.

I love my trotpet bowl. Great in the dishwasher and also easy to clean by hand. Gets pups eating at a healthy pace. One concern on a second bowl I recently bought for a new adopted dog is that the coral-colored outer lining is pulling away from the bowl. The first bowl I bought has not done that at all. Not sure if this is of any real concern at this point, but...update—i was contacted after my review from trotpet and they sent me a replacement bowl right away. Great customer service!

I received the trot bowl complete kit as a gift for my newly adopted Mastiff puppy. I was so impressed by the quality of the product! I've had dogs my whole life and these bowls are superior to any I've had. My puppy was having a little difficulty with the slow feeder bowl so we bought an extra water bowl for her to use as a food bowl until she's bigger.
She loves it! Also purchased a snack mat to use for her frozen pumpkin yogurt treats and it was a big hit . Will be heavily in use as warmer weather arrives!

I just received my two elevated dog bowl sets after a month. Let me run you through the nightmare that was this order:

March 8: Placed order for two sets on their website
March 12: Still no confirmation order or contact from the company, but I know the order exists because I set up payment through Shop and received confirmation from them, I reach out to trot via email.
March 17: Still no reply from company, I try their chat online + send another email. I get a reply several hours after I start the chat to say that they are checking with their warehouse and will get back to me asap.
March 24: Still no reply from company via chat or email. I try their chat again and let them know I will be issuing a chargeback on my card if I do not get a resolution on this day. I hear back within an hour with a discount and to let me know my items are about to ship.
April 2: Items finally arrive in a huge box with zero protection, both sets shockingly didn't take significant damage even though they were just rattling around in a box 10x bigger than needed. Nothing is assembled, really poor packaging.

Don't get me wrong, the product itself is great, but be prepared to have a horrible experience in order to actually get your product. I have no idea why it was so much trouble just to get confirmation that my order existed / what was going on with it.

These bowls and stand are absolutely made so nice! My dog loves them. Looking for something made exceptionally well, then purchase these you will not be sorry!

I ordered the elevated set and was shocked at how poorly made and sloppy it was put together. The return portal on the website is not remotely user friendly so I emailed customer service and included several pictures that you would think would be concerning, and have not yet heard back and there’s no phone number available. It’s really something for a company to charge so much and have a cheap product and horrible to non existent customer service.

Spent hundreds of dollars and never received the order. I’ve reached out to customer service at least 10 times over the last couple of months and only received one email in response back. Have sent several more emails since then and heard nothing back. Would not recommend this company!

We have had the complete set now for about two weeks and so far so good. We purchased this item specifically for the magnetic bowls because our puppy started trying to pickup the water and food bowls and bring them in the living room making a huge mess along the way. Since we have been using these, he had not tried to do that! They look nice enough and cleans easily.

My complaints would be the ability to mix and match items that I wanted for the complete set, which saves money over buying each individual piece. For example, my pup doesn't need more than 1.5 cups of food per meal which would have put us in the small bowl category. However we could not get the small bowl with the 12 inch stand. Also, there was a color we wanted that was not available as a "complete set" but when purchased stand alone I was able to add it to my cart. I should be able to make a complete set to match my dogs needs and not buy each separately which adds costs.
