We have had the complete set now for about two weeks and so far so good. We purchased this item specifically for the magnetic bowls because our puppy started trying to pickup the water and food bowls and bring them in the living room making a huge mess along the way. Since we have been using these, he had not tried to do that! They look nice enough and cleans easily.

My complaints would be the ability to mix and match items that I wanted for the complete set, which saves money over buying each individual piece. For example, my pup doesn't need more than 1.5 cups of food per meal which would have put us in the small bowl category. However we could not get the small bowl with the 12 inch stand. Also, there was a color we wanted that was not available as a "complete set" but when purchased stand alone I was able to add it to my cart. I should be able to make a complete set to match my dogs needs and not buy each separately which adds costs.

Not happy with the magnet. My dog was still able to push the bowl as she was trying to eat. Very unhappy with how expensive this item was

Emailed several times let him get a reply. My order came stained and I wanted to exchange unfortunately wasn’t able to get an answer for them. It’s been over a week.

TERRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY!

I've tried contacting customer service several times about bowls that are leaking and sloshing water everywhere. There is no phone number, and each time I submit a form or write in the chat what my issue is, they don't respond. I can't spend days on end trying to exchange dog bowls despite wanting to really love the product. Most of the one-star reviews have to do with folks who are having an issue with their product and can't get anyone to help them despite claiming to have a "lifetime warranty". Great looking product, but extremely turned off by the unprofessional customer service. If anyone in charge of this company actually cares and wants to contact me-- my order was #TP11574. Otherwise I would say buyer beware.

The product is excellent. One recommendation will have some kind of splash guard to prevent water splash when dog is drinking water(tray can be redesigned so it has splash guard in the back side). Overall very satisfied with the product.

Loving the dishes and customer service was great. Only thing is there are no instructions about the extra magnets and I'm not sure if they're extra or if they should be included somewhere.

150 plus dollars for a dog bowl set and the large bowls are far too small. On top of that the company won’t respond and the stand is very unstable. Also I cannot get the stand apart to send back as the screws stripped. It’s just so frustrating to have wasted this money. Also, the ad showing the bowls not falling off the mat is a complete lie.

There was an issue with the inventory listing on the website and the company contacted me to let me know. Well it took them quite sometime to get back to me, once they did they immediately made the issue right and actually provided me a discount. I just received the merchandise and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the product and can't wait to see how well it holds up for years to come.

Reached out because the coating on the outside of the bowls were starting to bubble and peel. They stood behind their guarantee and shipped me new bowls. I couldn't be happier with these bowls or this company.

I had the bowls and elevated dishes for several months. For the price they are moderate quality. The powder coating began peeling and I reached out per their warranty to get the bowls replaced. They agreed to replace the bowls but then I have had no return response or new products sent and I have been reaching out for months.

UPDATE: the company responds to this review and tells me to contact them via trot pets email. I've been doing that for the last 3 months and no one is responding. They have no other contact.

We love this set so much! The elevation, the sturdiness and how the bowls have a set place and don’t move! Would recommend to anyone especially those with a fast messy eating pup!

The company took almost 2 months to get back with me after an issue with my initial order. They were rude when they finally did respond but did correct my problem. Now that I have finally been able to use my bowl set the stand is wobbly. My dog uses the slow feeder and knocks the food bowl off the magnet mat every time he eats. The bowls are good quality and easy to wash but not worth the price for the poor customer service and lack of sturdiness during feeding.

Love the features of the set. Was unable to find anything similar and was therefore willing to spend the extra for it. The bowls and mat seem to be of high quality and the stand is attractive. The stand was shipped unassembled and although it was somewhat easy to do, it is not sturdy unless you tighten the screws tight - but this tends to split the wood. This has not caused any problem but I was afraid that I was damaging the base while assembling it. For the price it would be nice to arrive assembled.

Delivery was missing the lids and the mat for the stand. Also, there were 2 different screws and the instructions didn’t specify which type to use

I regret buying the Trot Pet Elevated Dog Bowls. The design is awful—water constantly collects underneath the bowls, creating a huge mess. It’s frustrating having to wipe up puddles after every meal, and the buildup under the bowls is just gross.

To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, I was told I couldn’t return it due to their return policy. So now I’m stuck with a poorly designed product that I can’t even use without constant cleanup. Save yourself the hassle and look for something better!
