Great experience hiring a travel cot from Triptots. Prompt delivery on day specified and great customer service when we enquired due to a late return on our part. Travel cot was perfectly clean and well packaged on arrival and 7 month baby slept well. Will be hiring again from Triptots in future.

It was nice to use this rental service. It saved me the stress of carrying car seats from my home to the UK when I came on vacation.
It was affordable and the delivery was prompt.

I was in the UK recently visiting family with my daughter and my 4 year old grandson. We needed a car seat for him and found out about Triptots and contacted them. They were extremely helpful. The car seat was delivered and picked up a week later. Everyone was very helpful and it helped make our week in Surrey safe and enjoyable. Thank you so much

Excellent service and delivery /collection on time.
Very pleased

The travel cot we hired arrived in great condition, as expected and was perfect as advertised.
I had to change my collection address during the stay and the team were very helpful in arranging this quickly and seamlessly. I would definitely use Trip Tots again!

Great experience! 5 stars well deserved!

Good at keeping informed and the seat was great although instructions on putting it together were awful !

Very efficient service

Trip tots was such an excellent choice for us to rent our car seat. The car seat was brand new and very comfortable. They delivered ahead of time seeing that the Monday it was supposed to arrive was a Bank Holiday so it arrived by Friday. I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend them to other travellers. Well priced, efficient and very prompt. 10 stars!!

This was so much more affordable than through the car rental company. The carseat was in great shape. Maybe this is obvious but I didn't get any warning that we were going to have to tote around an enormous box our whole vacation. Our stuff was already super tight and we almost had to upgrade our car just for the box.

Everything went smoothly, good and clean product

Delivery on time and good quality baby seats.

Delivered on time, great service and very good quality of equipment, used the car seat which was ideal

Absolutely fantastic. Car seat was in brilliant condition and all went extremely smoothly. Such an excellent service, will use again in a heartbeat!

Spoke to Joe who explained all the options, car seat delivered early , absolutely perfect!

Super service and really reasonable. My only gripe is that it didn’t come with instructions (adjusting the straps was tricky) so my daughter and I had to YouTube it while my granddaughter waited for us to finish.
