Don't use!
I had a promo code to use for ripleys aquarium in Gatlinburg Tennessee, tipster would not allow me to use the promo code even though there was a option for it, and it did not allow us to use it for the dragon exhibit which was included in our ticket prices. Will never use tipster again

Given incorrect info on a refund
I bought 4 tickets to the Titanic museum, but one person ended up not being able to go. I called was told that they could refund the ticket after we go to the museum & to let them know once there. I did that and called back within 48 hours, but they declined the refund & couldn't get my money back. The rep did try a couple times, but I should have just cancelled the order since I had time & bought 3 tickets, then I wouldnt be out the money. Otherwise good.

Booked myself and 5 friends for a tour
Booked myself and 5 friends for a tour, and Tripster waited 5 days to tell me "sorry, the trip you booked was oversold". We could have been looking for other options.
