From beginning to end of my journey I cannot rate Trio clinic enough. I thought they’d be good but they have surpassed my expectations on every level.

Communication. Information. Support. Guidance. Medical checks. Blood tests. Surgery (I have named Dr Orman silk worm … he has better sewing skills than most women!) very very tidy stitches.

My translated Omnia was absolutely fantastic and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for surgery.

They make the NHS and England look like a 3rd world country.

From landing in Istanbul the taxi driver was waiting for us and was most helpful. The hotel is great and accessible. When taken to the hospital I being the companion I was looked after very well and the meals were good for the English. We were taken back after a couple of nights stay and settled into hotel life. Everything has been smooth running , everyone kind and caring cannot fault the Trio Clinic at all. First class.

I am 5 days post op after having, TT, lipo, MR, hernia repair , inner and outer thigh lipo plus inner knee lipo in Istanbul and my journey so far with the Trio Clinic has been fantastic and stress free , meeting Dr Orman in London first to discuss things back in July was very good as it gave me the chance to discuss what I wanted , my companion is also very impressed as she also feels the care has been excellent, Dr Orman his clinic staff and the staff at the hospital have all been excellent , I can already see results so I can’t wait for the final results in the months to come , if you are worried or unsure about things don’t they will look after you

My experience with Trio Clinic was exellent! Dr. Orman is spectacular doctor and i recomend 100% I had a lower facelift and the healing and results are amazing! All the staff and nurses were so kind! I felt safe and taken well care of! Thank you and will be back again at your clinic🙏🤩

Excellent service—extremely professional from start to finish. I received better care at Trioklinik than with a previous procedure in the uk. Staff are extremely attentive to your needs and aftercare is daily with nurse visits. You are entitled to stay as long as you wish (Paying) in the hotel post op if you wish for further aftercare in Turkey. I stayed for 10 days. Back in the uk I am still in daily contact with attentive responsive staff through WhatsApp. I was sent home with enough extras to fulfil my post care needs—including antibiotics tablets cream and types of plasters… I am still in continuous care with guidance and assistance. The doctor was extremely attentive to my wants and needs and offering advice for better outcomes. Extremely pleased with my outcome. Any surgery poses risk and we must all be aware of the dangers in any country.

Fantastic results. Wonderful pre and post care. Hospital clean and no issues with any infection. Team supporting the whole way through. Delighted with my arm lift. Really happy and content. Healing going so well 2 months post surgery. Recommend trio clinic 💯 % and Dr Orman top of his field 👌

The biggest regret of my life was putting my faith in Trio Clinic.

My arms have been left badly mutilated, and I am devastated. I am going through hell. I paid thousands, only to look far worse than I did beforehand. I made it clear that I only wanted skin tightening, but instead I have been left with severe fibrosis and sagging, crepey skin.

At no point, either before or after the operation, was fibrosis ever mentioned to me by the Trio team. I only discovered this once I was back in the UK. Despite the fact that the doctor caused a haematoma, I was never warned that this could lead to fibrosis. Instead, I was repeatedly told that “it’s normal” and that “everything is normal.”

To make matters worse, the clinic says it no longer has the pre-operative photographs taken of my arms the day before surgery. They should have retained these records, and I find it extremely suspicious that they now claim to have no record of photographs taken by the Trio Clinic team at the clinic. The photos were taken using proper lighting and a professional camera, and I was asked to turn at every angle. They are now claiming this did not happen. Fortunately, I have evidence to the contrary, but this speaks volumes about the character of the business.

When I asserted my legal data rights and asked for those photos, the manager — who is also the surgeon’s wife — completely changed her attitude towards me. She sent me a threatening message containing false accusations that I had been abusive, along with legal threats if I chose to make my experience public.

Once I was back in the UK, I was told the operation had been successful and that the outcome was now my responsibility. In my experience, the clinic’s promise of lifetime aftercare and guidance, as stated on its website, has proven to be baseless.

When it became clear that the procedure had been complicated and that the results were not as expected, I was treated with coldness and a shocking lack of empathy. I trusted these people with my wellbeing, and their response has been heartbreaking.

The consent form also states: “The one-piece corset/medical bra to be used in the 1st stage after the operation is included in the price [depends on the surgery].”

However, I was not given a medical-grade compression garment. Instead, I was given a poor-quality, badly fitting, locally made garment in Istanbul. Its labels stated that it was not intended for medical, therapeutic, or continual use, and instead described it as shapewear to be worn under clothing.

Proper, even compression immediately after surgery is essential in helping to prevent complications such as seromas. In my case, I was given a strappy corset that did not even cover all of the areas where liposuction had been performed. It dug into my skin, left deep imprints, and rubbed against my incisions, potentially increasing the risk of infection.

At the moment, I am too unwell to go into full detail about everything I experienced and found to be horrendous and unprofessional. But not everything is as it seems. For example, the website claims that patients will stay in a 5-star hotel, yet I was placed in the Hampton by Hilton, which is a 3-star hotel. The discrepancies between what is promised and what is actually delivered go on and on.

I felt that I was not seen as a human being, but simply as a source of income, regardless of whether I was an appropriate candidate for the procedure.

I am currently too unwell, both physically and emotionally, to go into full detail. I am dealing with the grief of what I have lost, trying to process the undignified way I was treated, and coming to terms with the fact that I will have to live with this for the rest of my life.

As I recover, I will update this review with a more complete and detailed account. For now, based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use this clinic.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Trio Clinic Istanbul enough. My whole experience was 5 star from start to finish. From being picked up at the airport and taken straight to my room, I felt completely reassured the entire time. Everything was organised so smoothly, which made travelling abroad for treatment so much less stressful.

The nurses were absolutely amazing. They really looked after me — changing my dressings, helping wash me, and making sure I was comfortable at what is obviously a very vulnerable time. They were so kind and caring, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Dr. Çağdaş Orman is incredible. His expertise is honestly unmatched and you can tell you’re in very safe hands. The coordinators who organised everything behind the scenes are just as important — they made the whole journey completely smooth sailing, and I felt at ease throughout my entire stay.

The massage therapist was so professional she literally made me feel so relaxed with no pain experienced these lymphatic massages helped drain out all the fluid and swelling it was incredible to see took away pressure and I felt lighter from them they are a must.

If you’re thinking about travelling abroad for treatment, I would 100% recommend Trio Clinic. I’m so glad I chose them!

14 months post surgery and my results and aftermath are still TERRIBLE

I regret so much …I am scarred and ruined for life :(

I had a midlift facelift with temple lift upper bleph eye surgery. Neck lift fat transfer to face and profile balancing to my jawline for symmetry. I’m 3 weeks post operative and I’m really happy with the results and they will only get better. I look a lot more youthful and my face is more symmetrical and natural looking. This is my third major surgery with Dr Orman and I am very pleased with all my surgery I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole experience with the clinic is very good. The pick up at the airport the hotel excellent the nurses I would highly recommend.

Coming over from the uk to Turkey was very daunting and if I'm honest I was very nervous.
But from the watsapp messages with the lovely coordinators, to the overall stay, I must say it has been a really lovely experience.
I arrived a day late as my flight was cancelled.
I was stressing and the coordinator told me not to panic and as long as I'm safe they can delay the surgery.
I arrived the next day, went to the hotel to rest and then into surgery the next day.
Picked up and dropped to hotel in comfort and driven to surgery the same way.
Dr Orman came in and spent time with me discussing what I would like to achieve.
Communication has been excellent and the care has been incredible.
I had my surgery with two nights in hospital where I was very very well looked after.
I was dropped back at the hotel for the rest of my stay with nurses coming everyday to check my dressings, give me medication when needed and to make sure I was keeping well and hydrated.
I would 100% recommend Trio Clinic with dr Orman to anyone who fears coming abroad.
I truly feel that the care and attention to detail with my surgeries have been 5 star.

Wow, I can’t say enough, as a team let by doctor orman, they are brilliant, professional, caring & all round amazing, I can’t speak highly enough, my experience was excellent & I felt safe, cared for & do well looked after while I was with them.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Dr Orman is patient, kind and technically excellent. I experienced very little swelling and 10 days later the scar is almost healed and invisible. His supporting team bend backwards and forwards to make sure everything runs smoothly and patients are supported every step of the way. There is also genuine kindness and warmth through the whole process, and you will be made to feel special, safe and well taken care of. A huge thank you to the whole team and I will be back.

About 10 years ago, I had a breast reduction surgery, and just last year, I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Orman. I am incredibly satisfied with both surgeries. My breast reduction results have remained natural, aesthetic, and healthy over the years, and my rhinoplasty turned out absolutely perfect — my nose looks completely natural, fits my face beautifully, and my breathing is much easier. Everyone who sees my nose asks for my doctor’s name, and many people practically beg to know it.

I also regularly get Botox, fillers, and skin treatments here, and the results are always natural, subtle, and perfectly suited to my face. My skin looks healthier, more vibrant, and younger, and I trust them completely for every procedure.

I must also praise Dr. Ormans nurses and the entire team. They are always friendly, patient, attentive, and professional. From post-operative care to routine treatments, they have always treated me with care and made me feel completely comfortable and safe.

I was surprised to see a few negative reviews about the doctor and the team on this site. Neither I nor anyone I recommended here has ever experienced any issues. Honestly, having a problem with this team is almost impossible. They are always reachable, and even the smallest concern is taken very seriously and addressed with great care.

In short, whether it’s surgical or cosmetic procedures, Dr. Orman and their amazing team are absolutely trustworthy and highly skilled. I’m so glad I found them and wholeheartedly recommend them to everyOne.

Trioklinik was fantastic, the communication before getting to Turkey was good, before travelling to Turkey there was lots of negative press about surgery in Turkey in the UK Media, I can safely say this was all put at ease and proved to be incorrect from the moment Omnia met us at the hospital, Omnia was with us at all times and acted as a translator and talked us through every step of the process. The hospital was good and very clean, the hospital nurses was very caring and attentive. Dr Orman did a consultation and talked us through everything, he marked up ready for surgery and was a calming and reassuring figure, my breast reduction, uplift and arm lift went really well and I am thrilled with the results, Dr Orman came to see us after the Op, the day after and we had numerous consultations throughout our visit.

I was then transferred to the hotel, we was taken in a nice car everywhere we went and was always accompanied by a Trioklinik nurse, they was all fantastic, caring and would do anything to help. When we got to our hotel room the nurses was not happy with the quality despite it being a 5 star, they moved us almost immediately to a better hotel with no fuss. This demonstrates the standards of the nurses, it was a little too much the day after surgery moving and would have been better to have a good hotel straight away rather than having to move when tired and uncomfortable, this is the only reason I didn’t rate it 5.

The nurses would visit twice a day at the hotel and would be on hand between 10-4 daily, they really couldn’t do enough to help if needed, they could not have been more helpful if they tried.

Omnia our coordinator was on hand around the clock, always accessible via WhatsApp, if you had any questions, queries or problems she would get you an answer and this has continued since getting back to the UK, we still have access to Dr Orman and he wants regular daily updates to check on progress.

I would recommend using Trio Klinik but would recommend if you do it to travel and stay with somebody to support with the care and recovery.

What great results, experience and staff, they made it so much easier and had thought of everything.

I had breast uplift with implants tummy tuck liposuction and Bbl at Trioklinik Istanbul with Dr. Orman, on the 7th of may 2025 i’m thrilled with my results!. Dr. Orman and his team are amazing. Dr Orman is amazing, my results are natural-looking just like we discussed in my consultations.

My 2nd time been to DR Orman he’s the best I can’t recommend him enough. I have the best nose ever so my breasts. Staff are very friendly too they did excellent job looking after me am so grateful for the experience

Myself and wife attended trioklinik earlier this year for my wife to have a neck lift, mid face lift, upper and lower blephraplasty, breast up lift and implant. From start to finish from the communication prior to going to turkey and continued after care when my wife returned home…..all I can say is excellent. Surgery was a success with amazing results and Dr Cagdas Orman was fantastic. Since returning home, the girls have been in regular contact with my wife and we have travelled to London for a follow up meeting with Dr Orman, whenever my wife had a concern or question….everything that Dr Orman advised or said would happen indeed did. We have been to turkey previously for surgeries and whilst all were a success, we can say with confidence that Trioklinik was the very best.
