J’ai subi un lifting des seins, une augmentation mammaire et une abdominoplastie avec le Dr Aykut Gok, en compagnie de ma sœur. Honnêtement, je me suis rendu compte que je n’avais même pas besoin de venir avec elle, car toute l’équipe s’est occupée de moi de manière exceptionnelle et mon expérience a été incroyablement fluide.

Je suis une fois de plus ravie d’avoir choisi la Turquie, car j’ai ressenti pleinement l’hospitalité turque. Mes cicatrices sont tout simplement incroyables. Lorsque je les compare à celles de mes amies qui ont subi les mêmes interventions, les miennes sont vraiment impressionnantes.

Après l’opération, j’ai été très souvent visitée à l’hôtel, et au moindre inconfort, l’équipe me contactait immédiatement pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Cela m’a fait me sentir en sécurité et parfaitement accompagnée.

L’hôtel était magnifique et très proche de l’hôpital, ce qui a rendu tout le processus encore plus confortable. Quelques jours avant mon retour, j’ai également eu l’occasion de visiter Istanbul une ville absolument magnifique.

Doğumdan sonra vücudumda sarkmalar ve çatlaklar oluşmuştu, ayrıca kilo alıp vermeye bağlı bazı deformasyonlar da vardı. Bir süre araştırma yaptıktan sonra Aykut Gök’ün sayfasına denk geldim ve randevu alıp kendisiyle tanıştım. İyi ki de tanışmışım.

Muayene sürecinden çok memnun kaldım. Doktor Bey ne istediğimi çok iyi anladı ve bana en uygun önerilerde bulundu. Söyledikleri içime sindi ve birlikte ameliyat kararı aldık.

Ameliyat günü geldiğinde çok heyecanlıydım ama her şey düşündüğümden çok daha rahat geçti. Sonuç gerçekten inanılmaz güzel oldu, şu an görüntümden çok memnunum. Ameliyat sonrasında da beklediğim gibi zor bir süreç yaşamadım, neredeyse hiç ağrım olmadı.

Bu süreçte hemşiresi Hamide Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederim Bizi hiç yalnız bırakmadı; hem hastanede hem sonrasında sürekli ilgilendi, her an ulaşılabilir oldu. Kendimi hiç yalnız hissetmedim.

Ameliyat olduğum hastane Türkiye’nin en premium hastanesiydi. Doktor beyin ekibi inanılmaz derecede samimi ve ilgiliydi. Ameliyat sonrası iyileşme süreci çok kısa sürede, ağrısız ve konforlu gerçekleşti. Ameliyatımın 2. ayındayım ve değişim, beklentimden çok daha fazlası. Özellikle doğal göründüğü üzerine aldığım geri dönüşler kararımın ne kadar doğru olduğu noktasında beni mutlu etmekte. Doktor Aykut bey ve ekibine teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.

Dear all, I'm giving an honest review after a year. On December 20, 2024, I underwent surgery with this doctor. They had made arrangements for a tummy tuck/360 liposuction, a breast lift and augmentation, and double chin liposuction. Upon arrival on the day of the surgery, I was given papers to sign for a BBL procedure. I indicated that I would not undergo this, and other forms were quickly obtained. When the doctor later drew my body, he didn't show me any silicone or the different sizes, and we didn't discuss my desired shape for my posture. I had to trust him. The doctor didn't think my breast needed a lift because a larger silicone would automatically increase its size. I was then taken back to the room and had to wait for the surgery. I asked the contact person again if they could deliver the desired results (I had shown them all the examples), and everything was agreed. After the surgery, the results weren't immediately visible due to swelling. After three months, I constantly contacted the contact person to ask about everything because the liposuction had been done sloppily, including the breasts. I had thick, ugly scars. The scars were healing nicely on my body, but this was done sloppily. The double chin liposuction wasn't visible. Six months later, I contacted them again with the same complaints. I had asked for a second opinion at two different clinics in the Netherlands. Both clinics agreed with me and indicated that it had been sloppily performed. Apparently, the breast also needed a lift, as I suspected. I received the same answer each time. Eight months later, and twelve months later, so far. I then contacted the manager, who said he would discuss the matter and give me feedback, but he hasn't responded. The doctor himself is also ignoring me. He only shows off his good results on social media. He only does his best with attractive women or people with a large platform. I even wonder who operated on me. They don't act professional until the surgery itself. After the surgery, I also received someone else's underwear as a gift, and mine had disappeared.

I chose Dr. Aykut Gök for my breast augmentation because I’ve long wanted a more feminine silhouette, but I was terrified of ending up with results that felt 'too much' or didn’t suit me. During the consultation, the doctor was so calm and thorough that my fears literally vanished. He showed me examples, explained the recovery process, and most importantly, why a specific size would look natural on my unique anatomy. After that, I didn't have a single doubt.
The day of the surgery was much easier than I had imagined. The team was incredibly attentive, everything was perfectly organized—no chaos at all. I woke up from anesthesia without any panic or intense pain—just a tight sensation in my chest, like I’d had a very heavy workout at the gym. The first few days involved some minor tightness and swelling, but it was completely manageable. I felt supported every step of the way.
The best part started later, as the breasts began to 'settle.' Each week the shape grew softer, the swelling faded, and the cleavage became more natural. I absolutely love how it looks in lingerie—beautiful and soft, but subtle. Even without a bra, they look natural—not like 'implants,' but like a part of my body.
This result has truly changed how I feel about myself. Clothes fit better, my proportions are more harmonious, and most importantly, that feeling that 'something was missing' is gone. It’s not about a huge size; it’s about balance and aesthetics.
I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Aykut Gök for his impeccable taste, his calm demeanor, and his precise approach. This was my first aesthetic surgery, and I would make the same choice again without hesitation.

After long consideration about breast aesthetics and extensive research, I finally decided to consult Dr. Aykut Gök. From the very first contact, the entire process was transparent and trustworthy. The fast and clear responses to my questions before the appointment made me feel well prepared for the procedure.

When I arrived in Istanbul, I was welcomed by the team, and the information I received on the day of the procedure was very helpful. During the consultation, Dr. Gök explained all available options in detail and carefully listened to my expectations. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering a similar procedure have a detailed consultation with a qualified specialist and maintain realistic expectations throughout the process.

I am deeply unhappy with my experience with Dr. Aykut Gok Plastic Surgery. After years of saving and planning as a single mother of three children with additional needs, I trusted this clinic with something extremely important to me, and they failed to deliver what I clearly asked for. My assistants kept changing without explanation, messages were left unanswered, and even one of their own former assistants later posted a negative review about the doctor, which speaks volumes about the problems behind the scenes. The consultation on the day of surgery was rushed and chaotic, and I never received a proper opportunity to communicate my expectations. I was also misinformed about aftercare, which led to complications, unnecessary pain, and a much higher number of treatments and expenses than I was told to expect. The surgical results did not match what I requested, leaving me more insecure than before, and instead of taking responsibility, the clinic attempted to charge me again for a revision. For the emotional stress, financial sacrifice, and disappointing outcome, I strongly regret choosing Dr. Aykut Gok and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a breast augmentation, and prior to the surgery I had been communicating with Azra, who was working there at the time. I explained to her the results I was hoping for, and she assured me that once I arrived at the hospital, I would have a full consultation with the surgeon where I could go over the look I wanted.

Unfortunately, when I got there, the consultation took place right before my surgery, after all the pre-operative tests had been done. It lasted about five minutes, and I was told the surgeon was in a rush. I didn’t have the opportunity to properly explain what I wanted. I wasn’t shown any implants, nothing was explained to me, and I essentially had to trust his quick recommendation. Bear in mind i had no knowledge on the different types of implants prior to my surgery.

I am unhappy with my results. My left breast sits noticeably higher than my right, and the size is not what I wanted at all. It has now been almost a year since the procedure. When I brought this up with the new assistant, she simply said my results look good and that I would have to pay for a revision, even though the outcome is not my fault and I was not given the proper consultation I was promised.

Now I have to see a different surgeon to fix my results as I didnt want to go back to Dr Aykut for a revision, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This was a very smooth and professional process from the moment I landed in turkey. Ezra was also such a great help after surgery getting me packed up and into my hotel. I would recommend booking this company for any surgery’s

Am 4. Oktober planten mein Ehemann und ich eine Liposuktionsoperation in der Aykut Gök Klinik. Obwohl ich meine Medikamenteninformationen bereits Tage vor der Operation per WhatsApp an die Assistentin der Klinik übermittelt hatte, teilte mir der Anästhesist am Operationstag plötzlich mit: „Sie nehmen Medikamente, die Operation kann nicht durchgeführt werden.“
Daraufhin wurde der Eingriff kurzfristig abgesagt. Dieser Vorfall ist eindeutig auf einen organisatorischen Fehler und mangelnde Koordination innerhalb der Klinik zurückzuführen.

Wir sind ausschließlich für diesen Eingriff aus Antalya angereist und hatten erhebliche Kosten für Anreise, Unterkunft und weitere Ausgaben. Dennoch wurde keine Leistung erbracht, und die Operation fand nicht statt. Die Art der Kommunikation und der Umgang des Personals waren zudem völlig unprofessionell und haben unser Vertrauen vollständig zerstört.

Dass trotz der nicht durchgeführten Operation ein angeblicher „Krankenhauskostenabzug“ vorgenommen werden soll, ist aus ethischer und rechtlicher Sicht völlig inakzeptabel. Da keinerlei Leistung erbracht wurde, fordere ich die vollständige und ungekürzte Rückerstattung meiner Anzahlung.

Trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Aufforderung und der Zusage, dass die Rückzahlung erfolgen werde, habe ich bis heute – nach mehreren Wochen – keine Erstattung erhalten. Alle Chats, Quittungen und Belege liegen mir vor. Der Vorgang wurde bereits der Ärztekammer offiziell gemeldet. Zudem wird der Fall an CİMER, die Verbraucher­schlichtungsstelle sowie die Finanzaufsicht (MASAK) weitergeleitet.

Dieses Vorgehen hat zu erheblichem Vertrauensverlust und Schaden geführt. Ich fordere daher die sofortige und vollständige Rückzahlung meiner Anzahlung und behalte mir vor, alle rechtlichen Schritte ohne weitere Ankündigung einzuleiten.

My spouse and I had planned a cosmetic surgery with this doctor. Throughout the entire process, we only communicated with the assistant. Although I had already informed the assistant about the medications I was taking, on the day of the surgery the anesthesiologist said, “You are taking medication, we cannot operate” and the procedure was canceled. This caused a serious loss of trust as well as unnecessary travel expenses and wasted time.

In addition, when my spouse wanted to speak with the doctor directly, during a FaceTime call the doctor made an unprofessional remark such as, “You can’t get enough of speaking with the doctor”, which made us very uncomfortable. When my spouse requested to speak without the assistant present—since it was going to be an intimate procedure—the conversation was abruptly ended with the response, “We are a team.” These attitudes were extremely off-putting and unworthy of a professional doctor.

After these incidents, I requested a refund of my deposit. They said “okay” but for days there has been no follow-up. Despite repeatedly messaging, I received no result, so I sent a formal notice and will take legal action if necessary. All of our conversations are recorded on WhatsApp.

This entire process has been a complete loss of trust and a source of distress for me. I strongly advise anyone considering surgery to make their decision with much greater caution

I chose Dr Aykut for a mini face lift and I am so happy I did (UPDATE ; I AM REGRETTING THIS WHOLE SURGERY 💔💔💔💔 I MAY HAVE SPOKE TOO SOON! I tried to be patient with my results but its evident with time that this doctor did NOT listen to my needs and has ruined my youthful face). Dr Aykut and his team were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. (UPDATE ; I WAS ABANDONED AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY CHANGED THEIR NUMBER AND DID NOT INFORM ME!)

The hospital staff hold a very special place in my heart because of how they took care of me. I especially want to thank the night staff for their attentiveness towards me.

In the beginning I was very very nervous when I saw my face because of swelling but Irina (UPDATE ; I CAN NO LONGER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE!!2!2!!!) helped me feel better and said everything will be okay. It is all part of the healing process.(UPDATE ; ITS BEEN 7 /8 MONTHS AND MY FACE HAS NERVE ISSUE, ASYMMETRY AND NOTHING I WANTED WAS ADDRESSED! MY FACE IS NO LONGER YOUTHFUL! They said if after 6 months I am unhappy I can return for revision but I no longer trust him or his assistants. What kind of medial company abandons their patients😭😭😭😭 also a doctor who is just after your money!!! He didn’t care about my natural beauty!!! He destroyed it by using typical temporal lift method without assessing my complete facial anatomy! I have large temples, droopy midface, and uneven eyebrows now! I made a deposit for surgery and chose a date around June 5th. After paying, I contacted them a few days later to book my flights and informed them of my preferred date. Only then did they tell me they would be away from June 3rd to June 9th after taking my money. They then pushed me to have the surgery on June 2nd, even though the doctor would be leaving the very next day. I felt extremely uncomfortable with this and decided to cancel. I clearly expressed that I did not want to be operated on by a doctor who wouldn’t be available post-op.
They were very pushy, didn’t respect my decision, and showed zero understanding or professionalism. Despite promising a refund, I’m still waiting two months later. This experience felt dishonest and unsafe. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone be very careful before trusting them with your health or your money.

Be warned they are unreliable, lack integrity, and seem to have no respect for their clients.
