This has been easiest company to deal with service fab , my mistake ordered wrong size suitcase not a problem with return (unusual nowadays ) no faffing with labels etc wish all companies as good thanks .
I had an issue with one of my suitcases and Tripp replaced it with no issues. Huge thank you to Nikita in the Customer Service team who made the process really easy and sorted everything for me from start to finish.
Bought the tripp horizon cabin bag. I have it approximately 13 months and only used for weekends away in Ireland never on a flight. The wheel came completely off and contacted customer service and they said it was not covered under the 5-year warranty. According to the email I got from them very little is covered by the 5 year warranty. Expected to get more than 13 months from it

Initially refused to help and hid behind returns policy, despite the suitcase not matching the advertised dimensions.
Only after multiple emails and a review did they acknowledge they had sent the wrong item and issue a refund — which I appreciate (I’ve added an extra star), but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort.
The refund corrects their mistake, but doesn’t reflect the time and hassle involved. Disappointingly, no goodwill gesture was offered.
I was about to place another order for several suitcases, but based on this experience, I’ll be going elsewhere.

We recently purchased the Tripp Holiday 8 Medium suitcase in the Watermelon colour for a trip to Thailand, having already owned the same model in green. From our previous experience, we knew to expect a sturdy, well-built suitcase that rolls really smoothly—and this one lived up to that initially.
Unfortunately, we did run into an issue during the trip as the lock broke fairly early on, which was disappointing.
However, once we returned home, I contacted Tripp’s customer service team and was really impressed with how the situation was handled. Amanda was especially helpful, responding quickly to emails and arranging a replacement without any hassle. The new suitcase arrived promptly and is now working perfectly.
While it was frustrating to have a fault during our trip, the excellent customer service more than made up for it. Overall, we’re still very happy with the Tripp Holiday 8 range and would happily recommend them.

Your reply to my earlier review giving 1 star was your standard reply, it bears no relation to my issue at all and highlights the lack of customer service you offer. My problem is with a suitcase that refuses to stand upright!
I have given you my claim number and suggest a senior manager review and resolve this matter.

Do not use this company. Customer service is non existent, their products are no longer good quality and their guarantee worthless!
Our small suitcase/cabin bag was purchased in January 2026 and has been used once. It fails to remain standing and topples forward repeatedly.

Ordered Thursday paid for next day delivery it's now Saturday. Unable to contact apart from form filling. ....... Since l wrote this this morning I got an email from dpd telling me the parcel would be delivered to the shop today. Then an email to say it was at the shop. II picked up late afternoon. So immediate issue solved but l did pay for Next Day and it should of arrived yesterday. Had plans all weekend and have had to rearrange so I could collect today. Whereas l stayed local yesterday. Items received are of good quality and panic averted. So I can review score given if able.

I bought a hand luggage case 14 months ago. The case has only been used as hand luggage and has seen limited use. During a recent trip, one of the wheels and its fittings came off.
I've written to Tripp but am told that 'this particular type of damage falls outside of the scope of our guarantee'. It goes on to blame airline baggage transportation and handling but it's never been touched by airlines or handlers as it's hand luggage.
This then leave me 'the way the case has been handled'. I don't really how I could handle it in any other way apart from carrying it, which defeats the purpose of having wheels in the first place.
I'm extremely disappointed. Tripp might be 'confident in the 'quality, strength and durability of their luggage' but I no longer am.
With regards to the reply, yes, I would like a review. The case has never been checked in and therefore, the issue wasn’t caused by Third Parties. A wheel coming off after 14 months is not wear and tear. It’s not fit for purpose.

Bought six cases from tripp sometime ago, 2 large 2 medium and 2 small for our retirement. Mostly used larger cases and we’ve had no problem with them, we’ve been on for maybe 4-5 holidays with them. Recently, we’re struggling to make them roll forward easily as the swivelling wheels turn but do not swivel so if you are looking to move forward, you have to force the case. As the cases are still under warranty I contacted tripp Customer Service, went back and to with them sending videos and photos only to be told at the end that the warranty doesn’t cover things like wheels or zips. Can’t think what use that warranty is if the moving parts are not covered. Have to replace these cases now, but won’t be using tripp unfortunately.

BEWARE of the Tripp HAZARD
- Do not attach a luggage label to your handle.
-The handle will break and the luggage will go missing
- Tripp will barely apologise, spend 3 months refusing to replace the case, send you handles with poor instructions (no videos) you cannot fit
- And their supervisors will not care either

I used their customer service and found them to be absolutely excellent, with a clear process for how to get a replacement under warranty. Sasha helped me very efficiently and I even got an email about how I could use the defective one for spare parts if needed. Outstanding customer service in an age where it is sadly lacking for many companies.

On return to airport our Tripp case was damaged . As it is 3 years old I contacted customer care . They asked me to send pics of damage and condition of case , warranty tags in case etc
Once they saw all these I received mail to say they would send a new replacement , all I had to do then was send pic of myself with warranty tags cut out of old case .
Waiting for new case to be delivered , great service and no quibble

Bought a suitcase in 2024 and 2 of the wheels faulted. Contacted the customer service department who were very helpful. I dealt with Sasha who was excellent. She responded quickly, with helpful information and resolved my issue quickly by replacing the wheels. Would recommend this company.
