Don't be fooled by the photos you see of the clothing on this website. Nothing looks as it does in the photos. Sizing is VERY small, material is not the same and the style of the items are sort of similar. I ordered 3 tops and only one of them is sort of acceptable. Total waste of money. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Clothes bore NO resemblance to photos in the online catalogue.. Models are wearing real fashions where as trendysuper delivers super cheap knock-offs that are ridiculously poorly made. Zero stars.. Very long wait for delivery and no customer help to get a refund. Do NOT buy from this cheap Chinese scam.

HORRIBLE customer service & it took 45 days to receive 1 article of clothing.
Not only is it impossible to return, you can't even contact them because their verification codes do not work.
Do NOT order.

Please do not order anything from this website, cheap quality and nothing look like the advertised pictures at all. No mater what you do after ordered placed and PAID. They will NOT do anything at all.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I was also just scammed by this company (or whatever it is). I attempted to use their advertised coupon on their website and the order processed before I could enter the coupon code. Within a minute of the order, I sent an email to customer service to cancel the order. A week later and about 4 back and forth emails from them, no progress. Their own return policy gives you time to cancel your order. I canceled within a minute, but they are not performing the cancellation. I used Paypal, so I will report it to them. Big, big mistake ordering from Trendysuper. I should have known better. Please heed the customer reviews and warnings. Don't shop from here. If we band together, maybe we can force these scammers out of business.

It comes from Hong Kong, warning do not order from them.
You will wait up to 12 weeks to get your orders but you can forget about returning anything.
Half my orders got lost and they are not helpful.
Nonexistent customer service.

I only chose 1 star because I had to in order to get to the next page.
I ordered 2 swimming suits, of which have been paid for and I have reached out to the company twice, via email. (the only way) with the first email being a generic email stating, I wish you have your order soon!!! What??? The second email has not been replied to. The order is still in process and today I will dispute this charge with CC company. It's a shame that you can't trust the majority of online companies. I've had the best of luck with CUPSHE and I hope that site continues to provide me with the ordered product and customer service.

INACCURATE processing times and delivery times that ordering is a waste of my money and I emailed them for a refund because they havent shipped it yet and I have been complaining its past the processing times.. all of a sudden it was shipped along with an email that I can't refund anymore because it was shipped. They are a bunch of bullcrap. The bathing was not even my size, it was supposed to be a gift.. NEVER ORDER HERE. NEVER.

Don’t bother unless you want to give this company your cash and get a load of rubbish back or not get your order at all!

If I could give this company a ZERO I would! It’s a fraud company. Don’t order from them. There is no phone number and they will not return emails. Money down the drain!!

Took forever to come!!!

The swimming costume is not fit to wear. It's so thin with lots of loose threads the fit is awful the straps are half the width of what's shown on the model. The padding is in a ridiculous position. The worst thing I've ever bought.

This company has received 4 emails from me inquiring into an order placed February 10, 2019.
They continuously answer about an order I placed in October 2018 and already have received.
They keep answering me with a form letter.

The order I placed in February 2019 has not changed from a "processing " status.

Either they are brain dead or a total fraud!

Trendy super has no customer service. There is no way to speak to anyone by phone or email. I tried to enquire about my order via email, and have not received a response. I placed my order over 4weeks ago and have not received them yet😡. Do not order from TrendySuper‼️ save yourself the headache and disappointment

trying to get in touch with someone about my order,waiting a month ,but no results, no refund Do not purchase anything off this site, they do not respond nor send you your items, fake site,fake web!!!!! ZERO STAR!!!

I sincerely want to ensure that no one else goes through the ordeal that I have with this company. Not all the items arrived from my order and were definitely not as pictured, also the site appears to be in USA but all shipped from CHINA. This company clearly take these photos from social media sights such as Instagram, and then “try” to replicate the clothes. They look hideous and the quality is extremely poor, not to mention the size is completely off. I ordered a M and it’s the size of a house, and my friend ordered a size 14 which would just about fit a small size 8/10! Waste of time. I also had a double charge dispute (below) but have left this review separately as two completely different issues.

I really cannot stress how much I would not recommend this company.

Please do not make my mistake and take a chance on this company. I am based in the UK and ordered from this site for the first time recently, not only have they charged me TWICE and refused to acknowledge that they have (even though i sent them my statement), but my actual/original order has not even arrived!

They were extremely unhelpful when i emailed them, trying to ignore/dismiss all responsibility claiming they "have checked and only received one transaction from me" and to "contact my bank again to double check". I have opened a dispute with paypal who confirmed they have wrongly duplicated my payment and they are investigating their account for FRAUD.

Will update case appropriately.

I found any headquarter or responsable address in the Terms & condions nor in privacy policy. Too risky to buy anything there.
Looks like a fake website.
