We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Travel Tycoon during our recent trip to Egypt. A special thank you to Sam the Agent for organizing such a wonderful and seamless trip for me and my wife.
Our itinerary included Luxor, Hurghada, and Cairo, and everything was planned perfectly from start to finish. Exploring the incredible history in Luxor, enjoying the beautiful Red Sea in Hurghada, and visiting the iconic landmarks in Cairo made this trip truly unforgettable.
Sam was very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the planning process. All the arrangements—including transportation, accommodations, and guided tours—were handled smoothly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of the trip.
We also felt that the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service and experiences provided. The entire package was definitely worth it.
Thank you to Sam and the Travel Tycoon team for giving us such a memorable holiday in Egypt. We highly recommend their services to anyone planning a trip, and we would happily travel with them again in the future!

Terrible experience with travel tycoons…
Terrible experience with travel tycoons on our Egypt tour. Not only did they fail to deliver paid services, but their customer support was dishonest and unprofessional.
They verbally assured us of a refund, pushed for a booking on the spot, and later denied everything. No emails or confirmations were provided despite requests.
On the trip we had been waiting in the lobby for guide for 2 hours and then came to know that our tour for the day has been cancelled which we had booked 3 months before. Travel tycoon team was clueless about the cancellation. On other day one of the staff member was convincing us to wait for the tour guide on the street with our 7 year old son in the morning 5.30am in the cold rather informing tour guide to pick us from our hotel lobby. Cherry on the cake was initially they have mentioned that guide is going to pick us from the lobby . After hours of discussion (wasting our time while on the tour) finally the tour guide himself got ready for the same.
Response from Jordan was moving in circles. They've refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their behavior has been unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. [1/5 stars]

Dear Seema Nayak,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We sincerely regret that the logistics of your Egypt tour resulted in such frustration, as our goal is always to facilitate a smooth experience for our guests.
Regarding the scheduling of local guides and the early morning arrangements, please be assured that our team, including Jordan, remained fully engaged to coordinate these complex on-the-ground details in real-time while you were at the destination. We understand how waiting times can be challenging, especially when travelling with family, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve these coordination matters with our local partners. Your comments regarding our communication process have been noted as we continue to refine our service standards. 🏨⏳📞
